Hey Uber,
Great work on the gains and becoming a fellow moderator. One question: that is one hell of a routine, but how long does it take you? After my first few weeks with the PJ I cut out my hand jelqs almost completely, I generally only do wet jelqs as a sort of warm up, and the reason I did so was because my workout was just getting too long. I guess I do my reps slow, but I don't see how I could speed up and get this done in less than two hours minimum including warm up and down. Just curious, and keep up those gains.

I takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes. I'll try sticking with it for a few days and see how things go. I might still reduce the number of jelqs since it's about quality, not quantity. Warming up and down in the shower is about the most effective way I can think of to do it. I find I have to include wet jelqs in my routine because too many power jelqs makes it difficult to keep a meaningful amount of blood in my penis.

Correction. My previous routine took about an hour and 15 minutes. I would anticipate that this would take about 1 hour 30 minutes to 1 hour 45 minutes.

Thanks, and I agree with the shower for warm up. I must be doing my reps slower, but they seem to be working for me that way at the moment, and clearly yours are working for you. When I do my workout now it takes about an hour not counting warming, so an hour and tweny minutes all told, which looks about like your previous routine. Oddly enough I have the opposite problem with keeping blood in - I have no trouble keeping it with the PJ but with hand jelqs I have considerable difficulty. Just goes to show how different responses can be to the same exercises.

I modified my routine a little more. I dropped some of the wet jelqs and V-jelqs and increased the number of power jelqs.

1. warm up in shower
2. 100 wet jelqs
3. 60 V-jelqs
4. 60 Λ-jelqs
5. 100 power jelqs while doing a kegel between each rep
6. repeat steps 2-5 three more times for a total of 400 wet jelqs, 240 V-jelqs, 240 Λ-jelqs, and 400 power jelqs
7. apply some moisturizing lotion with vitamin E
8. 100 more wet jelqs to massage the lotion into the skin
9. warm down

And when possible during the day, wear the Penimaster for ~3 hours. Also apply some Enlargel (after I receive it of course).

Oh of course JP. I was getting this feeling that my old routine wasn't as effective as I wanted because I would shrink down pretty quickly after finishing. Do you think the cold winter weather coming has something to do with it?

That's the plan. I also might decide to go 4 days on/3 days off instead of my current 5/2 because I'm getting busier with classes.

I did an informal measurement last night and came up with 7 1/2" BPEL. It's probably one of those phantom measurements so I'll keep saying 7 3/8" (just to be modest). Hopefully the Enlargel is helping.

If it's not certain yet, I'm sure it will be soon. Ae you still going 5 days on, 2 days off? Also, out of curiosity, will you be increasing your workouts if you switch to 4 on 3 off? Believe me, I'm not saying you need to do more; I'm also thinking of changing to 4 days a week perhaps come january and was wondering about what other guys do in that situation.

Thanks 2cents. I think the only change I would make would be to cut a workout day from my routine. My current workout takes long enough and I'm not interested in making it any longer.

My experiment with a more strenuous routine is over. It's not that my dick can't take it; the routine just takes too long. Here's what I've decided to go back to.

1. warm up in shower
2. 50 wet jelqs
3. 30 V-jelqs
4. 30 Λ-jelqs
5. 50 power jelqs while doing a kegel between each rep
6. repeat steps 2-5 three more times for a total of 200 wet jelqs, 120 V-jelqs, 120 Λ-jelqs, and 200 power jelqs
7. apply some moisturizing lotion with vitamin E
8. 100 more wet jelqs to massage the lotion into the skin
9. warm down
10. apply Enlargel

And wear the Penimaster for ~3 hours when possible.

Sounds good. I think with your LOT and the way you have been gaining you should be doing lots of stretching as well. I belive that you would see alot quicker gains. Just my two cents.

I stretch with the Penimaster when I can, but I have a roommate and that can really put a crimp in my PE plans sometimes. Slow gains are better than no gains though.

I decided to make a small change to my routine. I felt I wasn't getting girth as quickly as I'd like so I changed some of the wet jelqs at the end of my routine into Ulis. Does 50 sound like too much? It had been 100 wet jelqs.

1. warm up in shower
2. 50 wet jelqs
3. 30 V-jelqs
4. 30 Λ-jelqs
5. 50 power jelqs while doing a kegel between each rep

Starting this week I'll be doing a different on/off schedule for the next few months. I have little choice because of classes so my workouts will become even more important. It's a 4 days on/3 days off schedule where I rest on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

I've added pumping to my routine. I stay around 4-4.5 inHg and so far I've been doing 2 10-minute sets per day.

I think my gains have stalled and I'll try Marty's idea of taking some extended time off from PE; maybe a week or two. I've also been sick with a slight head cold recently and haven't been in the mood to work out.
