Hey Uber,
I remember you mentioning how your lambda jelqs really make your veins show. Do they sort of pop out while you're doing the exercise as well? I ask because when I do wet jelqs with the reverse ok (palms up) grip, I get them to really jump out before I release the grip with my further hand. That made me think of your lambda jelqs, and it occurs to me that the way my hand is positioned and applies pressure is not all that different from yours, at least on top of the shaft. Just curious about your thoughts, as I'm consistently seeing new vein development, which of course I like.

Oh, and you better keep that python of yours locked up, or your liable to have someone call animal control. Keep up the good stuff.

Yes, your veins should pop out as you move up the shaft. Practically every type of jelq should cause the veins to fill with more blood as you move you hand up your penis. The reason I feel Λ-jelqs are best for vein development is that you can maximize blood capacity of you penis's blood vessels without injuring the corpora cavernosa.

As for the hand being in the position you described 2cents, I think I either misunderstand the way you described it or you misunderstand the way I described the hand position for Λ-jelqs. The hand should be positioned vertically with the fingertips pointing down. The webbing of your fingers is supposed to press down on the dorsal vein of the penis and you move your hand toward the glans.

And I have no intention of keeping my snake locked up if an opportunity presents itself.

Uber, you understood correctly. When I do the jelqs as described, I realize that my thumb and finger make a 'V' that applies pressure in the same way your lambda jelqs would on the top of the shaft. I'm sure all my jelqs engorge the veins, I guess just with a regular OK grip I can't see them. But as I said, I keep seeing new ones and existing ones getting larger, so something must be going right.

I've personally noticed that the pumping and PJ combo is working well for me. Don't you do that Uber and hasn't that given you some fantastic results? BTW, a trick that Sikdogg taught me. I put a cockring on before I pump. Totally eliminates the donut effect. You might want to try it.

Yeah, I pump too. I'll probably start PEing again after my extended break starting tomorrow. I'll ease back into it with light workouts. I'm curious about the cockring. How exactly does it prevent the dreaded donut effect?

Uber, you crack me up buddy!

As Sikdogg explained to me, when you're pumping, the blood is sucked into the shaft of your penis for maximum engorgement. Along with the blood, come other fluids (due to the extreme sucking action). After long periods of pumping, you'll notice the upper part of your shaft no longer appears thick and hard, rather soft and mushy. This is due to all of the excess buildup of fluid around the shaft.

So, over a cup of Starbucks, Dogg explained this to me and it made logical sense. So, I tried it and it works. I've been able to pump 3 times with no donut effect what so ever and the added suction created by the cock ring is fabulous.

Anyway, since I know you're into pumping as I am, give it a whirl and see what happens.

BTW, let me know how you come out with the ball pumping. Don't know that I want to be that adventurous yet. Although I do have a set of ball rings...

Because of the added pressure placed on the base of your dick while it's being pumped, the fluids that would normally be sucked into the shaft with the blood don't get through. Therefore, no donut.

I've tried it and it worked well for me.

I do the same. My understanding from more experienced pumpers is that you only get a donut at significant pressures like 7-8+inHg.

When I first started pumping, I would manually hand jelq in between sets. For some reason, manual jelqing would make me donut quicker than anything. Especially when I first began PE nearly 6 months ago (wow, 6 mos. already).

Anyway, I've been pj'ing in between and wearing the cockring and haven't had the problem repeated since. It may not be for everyone, but it certainly works for me. I asked Marty about cockring usage during pumping and he had never done it either. Maybe you should give it a try and see what results you get. Just don't put too much pressure on it Uber, I hear your dick explodes!! hehehe

I think that in order to remain on task and stay dedicated to my routine, I need to lay out for myself specifically what I will do each day of the week. I intend to follow this schedule until March 31 when the next quarter's classes start and I have to retool it. First is my workout which I can only do 4 days a week right now. I should be able to go back to a 5 on/2 off routine at the beginning of April.

Workout:

warm up in shower
50 wet jelqs
30 V-jelqs
30 Λ-jelqs
50 power jelqs while doing a kegel between each rep
repeat steps 2-5 three more times for a total of 200 wet jelqs, 120 V-jelqs, 120 Λ-jelqs, and 200 power jelqs
apply some moisturizing lotion with vitamin E
50 Ulis
warm down
apply Enlargel

Sunday:

Get up and work out
Penimaster for 3 hours
Pump penis for 3 10-minute sets at 4-5inHg
Penimaster for another 3 hours
Pump penis and testicles for 3 10-minute sets at 4-5inHg in the evening

Monday:

Penimaster for 3 hours in afternoon after classes
Pump penis and testicles for 3 10-minute sets at 4-5inHg in the evening

Tuesday:

Get up and work out
Penimaster for 3 hours until I have to go to class
Penimaster for 3 hours after getting back from class
Pump penis and testicles for 3 10-minute sets at 4-5inHg in the evening

Wednesday:

Penimaster for 3 hours in afternoon after classes

I took about 3 weeks off. I've gotten a good response so far, but I haven't revved it up to my full routine yet. I've only been doing half my regular number of reps for the first couple of workouts. It's almost like being a newbie again and I did notice two or three of the trademark red dots on my shaft and head from burst capilaries, but nothing major. Before my extended break I experimented with a more strenuous workout and almost never got them so I'm sure it's only a matter of conditioning.
