Post Überschwanz's routine

Hey guys,

I'm new to the forum but not entirely new to PE. A couple years ago I tried it but stopped after a couple weeks because it was difficult to find the time to do it and also avoid being bothered by family. Now that I'm in my second year of college, I no longer live at home or a dorm and am making another attempt at PE.

I decided to get the jelq device to use as part of my workout and I think its very existence motivates me.

As for my workout, it's pretty basic at this point. I began again a few weeks ago. After warming up in the shower I do 200 reps with the jelq device while doing a kegel between each rep to strengthen my PC and help keep blood in my penis. Then I follow it up with 200 hand jelqs before warming down. I had a really good workout this morning and after getting out of the shower, I stood in front of the mirror for a whole 3-4 minutes admiring my veins.

Updated routine

Starting 7/22/04
1. warm up in shower
2. 50 wet jelqs
3. 30 V-jelqs
4. 30 of my special jelqs I call Λ-jelqs
5. repeat steps 2-4 three more times for a total of 200 wet jelqs, 120 V-jelqs, and 120 Λ-jelqs
6. 200 power jelqs while doing a kegel between each rep
7. warm down
8. apply some moisturizing lotion with vitamin E

I changed up my routine by putting the 200 power jelqs between the 200 wet jelqs. For some reason it's easier to maintain an erection after this workout and keep those chambers expanded.

1. warm up in shower
2. 50 wet jelqs
3. 30 V-jelqs
4. 30 Λ-jelqs
5. repeat steps 2-4 a second time for a total of 100 wet jelqs, 60 V-jelqs, and 60 Λ-jelqs
6. 200 power jelqs while doing a kegel between each rep
7. repeat steps 2-4 two more times for a total of 200 wet jelqs, 120 V-jelqs, and 120 Λ-jelqs
8. warm down
9. apply some moisturizing lotion with vitamin E

I'm still baffled on how on God's green planet you got that score on Tetris! Did you change the settings or something? C'mon, give us the secret! You are the Arcade King dude! You could have 1" EL and I'd still be your fan!

If I must tell my secret, the trick is to take each and every single INDIVIDUAL line you can get. Don't wait to get four at once because the long Tetris blocks never seem to appear when you need them. It also takes a bit of luck and no distractions. Seriously, I find it very hard to get close to 60,000 points usually and when I was setting my insane record, I was laughing in my head like hell!

I don't have a good digital camera but I did get a new cell phone a couple of days ago which has a camera. Now I can finally post a couple of pics of my pride and joy. Sorry if they seem a little fuzzy; I had to hold the camera with one hand and stabilize the little man with the other. If I had three hands, I would also hold up a ruler. More to come...

You guys need to try my Λ-jelqs to make those veins bulge.

Yup,

I use the lambda jelqs as well, thanks for letting us know about them. Like you, I didn't really feel as if the V-jelqs were really exercising the equipment, whereas the lambda jelqs feel a lot more intense.

I've been doing them regularly for about a week. But haven't noticed anything in particular.

Just so you know you have another test subject. :)

Just to be clear (and fair to JonPop), I DO include V jelqs in my routine. I just added lambdas on top of them. I see the V jelqs as a way of "sculpting" my penis.

Okay, I'm cautiously excited right now because I measured my unit yesterday and was stunned by my girth measurement. I state my "official" measurement as 5 1/4" midshaft, but yesterday I came up with 5 1/2" midshaft. I was like, "HOLY ****!" because I was 5 1/4" only about a week ago. I missed some PE time for a day or two in that interval so I'm wondering if that had anything to do with it. I was so shocked that I didn't even want to waste my time doing a base measurement since I figured this was just an aberration that wouldn't hold up. I figure I grew, but probably closer to 5 3/8". I figure I'll wait a day or two (rest days coincidentally) and measure again to be sure. I wouldn't be disappointed if I was still 5 1/4" but WOW!

I had a bit of a scare this morning while PEing:

While using the PJ, one of the rollers popped off on one side and the little metal bar that goes into the roller scraped against the underside of my penis. It left this long, black, greasy mark there and tore some skin. I imediately stopped and cleaned what looked like it would be a nasty wound. After getting all the grease off, I realized that all it left was a tiny wound about the size of a pen tip (bleeding) and a red scratch about an inch long. I was so relieved it wasn't anything really serious.

This is the only time I've had a roller pop off and although I've read about this happening to other PEers, I just thought they were being careless. I decided to wait a couple of days before starting again. I just wish I knew exactly why it happened; I've been doing the same motions for the last couple of months so I know I wasn't trying anything weird.

I never had this rollers-popping-out situation myself,but I guess it can be very bad.
Slow down jelqs,and concetrate to the max on every move You make in the future. If You notice that handles are apart more than usual,stop immediatelly and bend them back.

I redid my girth measurement today; still 5 1/4" but I know why I was off last time. BULGING VEINS from a monster erection! They added 1/4" to my girth. Try the lambda jelqs if you haven't already done so.

I decided to order the Penimaster yesterday and it should arrive in a couple of weeks. For you experienced penimaster users, what kind of length gains can I actually expect?

Hey there Uber, I'm fairly new to PE (just finishing up my first week, and waiting for my PJ to arrive), and I'm curious to know what these Lamba Jelqs that you mention are. Do you think you could explain them for me? The links elsewhere on this page didn't work for me. Thanks a million :)
