| New Routine I have recently changed my Routine, let me know what you think and make some suggestions that may help me to gain more length and Girth more quickly.
5 minuite warm up
60 PJ
30 Hand jelqs
20 streching (for 20 seconds)
60 more PJ
5 warm down.
I do this routine twice daily. |

| How long have you been PE'ing?? What was your previous routine?? How many days on/off do you plan on doing this routine??
If you've PE'd for 3 months or more, i think that this routine is a little thin. You need to really stress the ligs/penile tissue in order for it to lengthen and grow. It's OK if it's sore the next day... you just have to tailor your rest days based on your recovery rate. |

| Oh... my bad. I didn't read the last line where you say that you will be doing this routine twice a day. If you do it twice a day, then it's not such a bad routine. I too prefer to split my PE workout to several times a day versus one long routine. |

Morning workout will be JonPop's routine, with currently 150 PJs added after.
Night-Time before bed I will warmup, do JonPop's stretches again, and then 200 strokes with the PJ, then take the next day off.
Input?
Should I even bother with the day off? Or should I stick to 5 days a week with 2 days off in a row.

Silkdogg> Is it actually possible to get sore from JELQing? I use soreness as a measure for the quality of my workout when I work out at the gym, but I haven´t gotten sore from JELQing. Also, I have never seen the infamous "newbie spots". Could I be working out too weakly? My own response would be no - after all when I use the PJ I squeeze the handles so hard that they almost touch and I spend 30-45 minutes on each workout. But the lack of soreness and newbie spots has me worried .... |

| I push the handles all the way with no discomfort. Even when the handles touch, I still feel like I need a tighter squeeze, so after 15 or so reps, I hold the handles down with 1 hand, and I use my other hand to squeeze the rollers for and even tighter grip. Then I hold the jelq half way up for about 10 seconds.
I just started doing this, hoping for some girth gains.

| Hello all,
If you are having trouble with your PJ not being tight enough on your dick then you may not be at the proper erection percentage for what you are trying to do. I myself had the same problem, and now I try to work out with 90% to 100%. I know, I know this is supposed to be a no no, but it feel so good. Well I have been doing this for awhile and I was reading ( I belive it was a thread by BIB) over at Thunders that this is not a really bad thing you just must know what you are doing. Just like anything else you must condition your dick and slowly work into this routine.

It has been said many times in this forum that less is more! Keep this in mind while you venture down this new path of PE, and good luck. If you work out twice a day it would probably be wise to go with every other day.

Experimenting with % is a good piece of advice. Please make sure, especially if you are a new PE'er, that you are not putting too much pressure or damaging the veins during the process.
If you are more experienced/more conditioned, then this should not be a problem. In fact, one way of getting more pressure, in addition to increasing the %, is bending the PJ handles further apart before you work out. You only need to do this every now and then. What it accomplishes is a greater squeeze with less pressure applied by the hands on the JELQ device.

You should have at least 2 days of rest each week,no matter what kind of routine You do. In fact,the best routine I know (and it doesn't have to mean this will work for You too) is 3 on,1 off..2 on,1 off.
If You do extra hard exercises,and You have some signs of overworking,take one EXTRA day off after,to let penis heal and rebuild tissue.

| New Routine Thanks guy's I appreciate the advise. I have been PEing for about six weeks now. I have had a few lumps on my dick when I tried to do to much in one sitting. I used to do 120 PJ and 30 hand jelq's in one sitting, I found that I would get some pain at the base. This is why I changed my Routine to that above. I do two day's on and one day off. |
