I've got some questions, hopefully some of you's can help!?

Hi guys,

My PJ device is great, in my opinion it seems to be one of the best PE tools around! My questions are, how many reps should you do at the very minimum?
Also what direction should you power jelq at, straight out, upwards, downwards, has anyone had any better experiences with certain angles or positions when using the PJ device? Hopefully some of you's can share your thoughts, thanks again.

The official site says beginners should start off with 100 slow reps. As for angles, straight out is the "standard". But I mix it up sometimes, doing a couple reps at each angle.
