Well since my last progress report or lack of I took a break from PE. So thats been just over 4 weeks off. Time to get back into the swing of things. I will start off on the newbie routine for the next 2 weeks then get back into the mix again this time focusing on less jelquing and more ulis, 3 part drys and of course manual/PM stretching. Need to see some significant gains.

I will refrain from measuring for 8 weeks to see what happens. Wish me luck.

Sounds good... your ligs should de-conditioned and primed for a good stretch. I suggest that you stretch everyday and do girth every other day for starters.

An update for the team(JP). Still stuggling away. Had a good length gain after my 4 week break and am now measuring 6 7/8" BP on occasion. Hope to cement this before christmas. As for girth it shot up to dead on 5" and has been that way for a while.

I am due to have another 4 to 6 week break after Christmas to decondition again as I seem to benefit loads from this.

Once I hit the 2 year mark I will decide wether to carry on with PE or not.

My minimum size that I will be happy to have will be 7 3/4" by 5 1/2".

I still haven't tried hanging yet but plan to straight after my PE holiday.

O.K. I am fast approaching the 2 year mark and will still continue to strive for my goals. Still have not ordered a bib hanger yet. I haven't gained anything for a while or lost for that matter. Still pulling and tugging 3 days on 1 day off. So here goes.

Hey dude! Not bad! I know you probably are wishing the gains were coming faster, but they are coming. So great job! I have made some great gains but it seems to have slowed down. But that is to be expected based on everyone elses experience. But keep it up my man.

A little update, I think I am going to join in on the PE competition for my own personal motivation. I don't want to join in officially as I don't want to win anything

. Got most of the equipment anyway. It will be nice to see if I can gain with the proper motivation and effort. Wish me all the best.

27th Oct 2007 and I measure as follows.

FL 5 1/8" He was nice and warm this morning and was hanging well.
FG 4 1/2"

EL 7 1/4"
EG 5 3/8"

Still not hanging though.

No gains or losses since October last year (post 49).

Struggling with motivation for both PE and the bikes JP.

Going for Laser surgery on my eyes soon to see if that stops me crashing as I constantly feel that my timing on the bike is a little off when going through fast ruts etc. I think my eyes are lying to me so to speak and my body/brain reacts a little different than it should.

I wear glasses now due to an injury in my right eye. A few to many head hits on the bike over the years has recently caused (last 2 years) an astigmatism in my right eye (I think thats how you spell it). I had a head scan done to make sure all the grey matter was intact which thankfully it was. My sight hasn't been degrading in terms of loss of vision ie distance, just a constant bluriness in the right eye which greatly effects my depth perception.

Which in turn I reckon thats where the small crashes are happening. If I wear my glasses on the bike I seem ok but suffer a little from arm pump due to the reduced peripheral vision of wearing glasses. All the years of programing the head to look a certain way whilst on the bike is hampered by glasses and same again in turn I can't see far enough ahead to go as fast as my body/skills allow so you get arm pump.

Its sort of a catch 22 as I want it done as I am 28 this year and only have a few years left at this level and I would love to go out with no excuses, but I am also scared that if the surgery goes tits up my racing career could be cut short.

Just an update on my 4 year anniversary (god where has the time gone) Still plugging away and struggling to keep a consistant routine. Working only with the PJ and hand jelqing. The PM is so frustrating for me due to the wrapping issues due to being uncut so much so that I still want to go through getting the foreskin off.

Anyway not much has changed dick wise. Still around the 7 1/4'' and 5 3/8'' girth mark. One day hopefully I will get to the magic 8" length then it will be retirement time for me (a good few years away) and hopefully 5 3/4'' girth.

Been home and am now back out in the sand box. Pushing to get things finished before the really hot season starts. Can't wait to get home and some sort of normality.
