Hi everyone hows it going. started looking at this site last night and had no idea about exercising the penis to help it grow. well after reading through various posts for an hour or so, i am convinced that not all you guys could be lying. So I ordered my jelq last night and joined the betterman site today. looking forward to trying this out to see if it really works. In a lot of posts people talk about loss of tug. Well i tried this tonight and dont appear to have a loss of tug. tried it at the 12 , 9 , and 6 o clock positions and my dick always tugs back quite hard but slightly less at 6 o clock. Have i got something wrong with me.

well should recieve my jelq in the next 7 to 10 days as i live over in the uk. Anyway enough of the small talk ( lame joke ) heres my stats.

Flacid length 90 mm or 3 1/2"
Flacid girth base 90 mm or 3 1/2"
Flacid girth mid 90 mm or 3 1/2"
Flacid girth head 90 mm or 3 1/2"

Erect length 150 mm or 6 "
Erect girth bade 115 mm or 4 1/2 "

ANY ADVICE FROM YOU GUYS ON ACHIEVING MY AIMS OF AN INCREASE OF 2 INCHES IN LENGTH AND AN INCH IN GIRTH WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.

thanks for the reply checked out the newbie exercise plan and it looks quite complex . cant wait to get the jelq though, so i can start. one thing thats still bothering me is the fact that i dont seem to have a loss of tug.

Well i have been following the newbie routine to the letter for the past 4 days or so. starting to get into the swing of things. recieved my power jelq today after only 6 days of waiting not bad from the states to scotland me thinks.

The first couple of days hand jelqing using jonpops routine my dick seems to be hanging a lot heavier and longer for a good couple of hours after my workout. been wearing loose boxers for the last few days just to feel it swinging more excellent stuff.

Today i replaced the ok hand jelqs in the newbie routine with powerjelqs, wow! what a difference in the workout. My dick still doesn't feel tired even though i do double the amount of kegels during the warm up and 40 wet v jelqs. But still as i have read in many posts the key is to take it slow and steady slowly building up the reps.

after i have completed two full weeks i think i will up the reps by 20 power and 10 wet V's every week until i reach 150 power and around 60-70 wet V's. hopefully maintain this until i hit my three month measure the if you reed this jonpop maybe get some help to develop my routine after that.

kdub. You know my feelings on jumping into to much too fast. I recommend that you condition your dick for at least 5 weeks doing the COMPLETE Newbie Routine. But, I know, it's hard not to want to play with the new toy. I would suggest that you go back to the routine, follow it exactly and after your session, do about 50 SLOW, JELQS. Don't squeeze too hard, just move the blood bulge to your glans. But if you feel comfortable with what you are doing now, just go slow and good luck. JonPop

I am a reasonably patient person jonpop. in the ok grip i felt that i wasn't getting no where near the squeezing effect that a v jelq gives . when i am using the power jelq i am only applying very light pressure to try and condition my dick. my theory on this is to condition my dick to taking long workouts with light resistance a bit like lifting weights for high reps with low weights.

once i have conditioned my dick to take long workouts i will then and only then up the pressure intensity. i realise it will probably be 6 months or so before i see any significant changes i.e maybe a half inch gain or there abouts. but as i am only a newbie and dont want to damage myself or set myself back if you think the above workout is to advanced i will follow the newbie routine no probs and store the power jelq for a month or so if need be.

Thanx for the reply jonpop looking forward to more advice on this matter as i am a bit worried about my idea now

Calling all vets out there. Got a small problem. Whilst hand jelqing last night i noticed 2 small lumps under the skin of my scrotum where it joins the under side of my dick. These lumps are very hard to touch and are around the size of a small pea. The lumps are not sore or anything and basically appeared overnight Any ideas on what they could be.

Any info would be greatly appreciated Kdub

Yes it is always nice to have that "pumped up" feeling after a good work out. My advice is this. Instead of looking at it as " I wish it would stay that way" look at it as this is the potential that I have. Keep up the good work!!!

Well thats my first month completed now. My dick is much harder when erect and seem a little wider. Dont know if this is down to all the kegels or jonpops newbie excersizes. Think i may have possibly gained 1/4 to 1/2 an inch in my flaccid hang. Just guessing though going to leave my first measurement untill the end of october.

Thanks for the advice on thrombosed vein jonpop. Cleared up nicely. The vein is still prominent though but so are all the veins on my dick now probably due to the increased bloodflow through PE and the supplements.

Stay tuned folks hopefully something big is going to happen here !!

To all the PE vets out there. I have completed 6 weeks now on JONPOPS routine plus a few sets of ^ jelqs thrown in for good measure. I was looking for some routine advice to now add in the power jelq. Nothing to much at first maybe a few sets of 25 reps or something like that just to get my member accustomed to it and also so that i can get the hang of using the PJ.

The first six weeks of my PE adventure have flew by and allready in such a short time I notice the difference in my erections and flaccid hang. Wish I had knew about PE when I was going through puberty as I would have a massive tool by now. If only i could turn the clock back. Anyway only 6 more weeks to go and I will take my first measurements. Thats all for now folks Happy PE ing.

Well my first measurement has been taken. What a relief to finally get the tape and ruler out. (Three days rest prior to measurement). Well here goes!!!

Well the 1st of December came and past. Didn't bother measuring. This has been due to poor workouts on my part. Not been feeling to great recently. Over training in the gym I think. So I am going to leave my measurement until March 1st. I know its a long time away but I think it will make me feel better to see more significant gains.

I am also going to introduce some Ulis into my routine every second day and focus on length the opposite day. Wear the Penimaster more on length days and less on girth days just to mix things up a little.

JP the 3 part dry jelqs are awesome by the way.

Good luck with the alternating length and girth focus. I've just started doing that myself, and something about it just seems good. Sorry to hear about the overtraining, I've been there. The one thing you tend not to worry about is working too hard, and I think it does affect PE. But even the mistake can be valuable; once you learn to recognize it you can correct it sooner in the future. I smell gains a comin'.

Thanks guys. I wish it were bigger than my stats say. My balls hang really low when I lean back like that which gives it a bigger appearance. I have got an above shot with a ruler somewhere need to post that.

As for the overtraining bit last year I was recovering from a fractured pelvis from motocross racing. The doc told me to take 6 months off to fully heal. He told me I could train as often as I wanted but low impact stuff. So I trained my heart out got my body fat level down to 9% and had a resting heart rate of about 55-60 depending on time of day etc. The 6 months past and I got back out on the bike and found that I was less fit than before. During the races maybe half way through a race or so it felt as though I had been semi knocked out or severly dehydrated. So crash after crash through tiredness and the dreaded arm pump (dirt bikers will know about this) I decided to go for a medical. After a few tests they came up with a condition called Epstein Bar Syndrome. Thinks thats how you spell it. Basically its a disorder in the blood that you get from overtraining. Even though you look fitter you are actually getting worse.

So 4 months of no training and play riding only. I put on 20 pounds and felt way better.
Tried to qualify for a british supercross round in Glasgow in october. Didn't qualify, to unfit. So back to training. Feeling tired from it but trying hard not to over do it this time. Limit myself to 8 hrs a week training including bike time.

My PE has been suffering badly due to this. Not getting consistant workouts. After the new year though training backs off a bit and more time is devoted to riding. So I should feel a lot better and will be able to give 110% to PE.

Modifications to my routine.

1. Warm up in shower for 10 mins.
2. Stretch for 10 mins.
3. Manual jelq 40 reps ok s/o
20 reps ^ s/o
shake for 20 seconds
40 reps ok s/u as possible
20 reps v s/u
shake and work up to 80% erect
4. Uli for 1 min gradually increasing pressure. 4 reps of.
5. Power Jelq s/o for 90 reps. 60 standard 30 on sides.
6. Repeat step 4.
7. Repeat step 5 except s/u.
8. 5 mins light stretching then 5 mins cool down and massage.
9. finish shower.
10. Install PM for 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours.
11. Light stretching followed by cool down.

As you know I have been struggling to get big gains like most of you guys so I will try and push this routine for the next 6 to 8 weeks before my next measurement.

Hey Kevin, sorry about your Glasgow trip. Wondering how that turned out, now I know. This is a very intense and dedicated routine you have going. If you can maintain this for the next 6 to 8 weeks you should see some amazing gains. Epstine Barr Syndrom eh? Hmmmm. How you feeling now, overall? You know I am an off-road bike racer and in the words of the imortal Yogie Barra....(Paraphrased to fit the subject) Motorcycle racing is 50% physical and the other 90% is mental. JP

Will try my best JP. Need to see some good gains this time.

As for the epstein bar, got some bloods done just before christmas and the results were fine. Lost 8 pounds since the week before christmas and am feeling pretty good. Getting a new bike in 2 weeks ( B factory kitted KTM ) with first round of the Scottish championship on the 5/6th March. As for the mental/physical relation to motocross I would totally agree with one exception, 10% balls required in most circumstances and about 95% when you jump that 90 ft death double that everyone rides around for the first time.

As for the Glasgow event. Got through the day qualifiers on the saturday . Crashed in the afternoon practice and popped my shoulder out. Got it popped back in, strapped it up and watched the rest of the night from the side stands. Thats just my luck.

Had a ride on a full factory yamaha a young Canadian guy had. His name was Kyle Beaton. I think he is going to race the AMA east coast 125's this season and the 125 nationals. The boy is fast and the bike was just awesome the suspension on that thing would soak up any hit. Oh what I would give to be super fast.

Well, still working away. Had a break for a few days there and I am hoping this will jump start some gains. I think I am the slowest gainer on here. Now my wee man only has a few weeks to give in and grow or its going to be hanging time.
