| I think everyone who has being doing PE routines for any substantial length of time will tell you that your skin will be the first thing to grow/stretch. Before I ever noticed any erect gains, I noticed a large amount of loose skin. The skin is the first thing to grow/stretch. It has to. It's logical. When you pull on your dick and stretch it to its maximum length and beyond, you are in return stretching your skin. Actually, your skin stretches and then your dick grows throughout this process. I noticed stretch marks on my shaft, similar to what a woman gets on her belly when she is pregnant. The stretch marks went away, but the skin remained stretched. Skin streches first, then everything underneath grows.
