Hi i Got this Pump

but i dont know how to use it so can someone plz tell me how to use it and when and how many times a day thx.

1 more thing i know that u get results but they are not long lasting if u dont use Pump any more i just want to try it so if i use it in how many weeks or months will i see result now i have 6.3 Inches Erect and 5.7 Girth.
