4 Year Goal

Hey All,

I'm planning on starting a PE routine within the next week or two. I wanted introduce myself.

This will be the fourth time I've tried to get going. The first time, I just didn't have the stick-to-it-ness and I quite after 2 weeks. The second time, I was injured, after a month of PE... I did a stupid thing and left a rubber band around the base of my cock, all day. I had what I believed to be a thrombosed vein and just waited months for it to heal... that was a horrible experience. The third time, two months ago, I had ordered prosolution pills to do with my exercises. I was on the auto order plan. For some reason, they didn't send my second months order. I tried e-mailing them twice but could never get a real reply. They lost a potential long term customer because of shitty customer service. I stopped and took a break because it was very discouraging for that to happen. So, here I am again. Determined not to stop, again, but be consistent.

My last routine:

Week 1/ PJ - 10 mins. on Mon, Wed, Fri
Week 2/ PJ - 15 mins. on Mon, Wed, Fri
Week 3/ PJ - 15 mins. on Sun, Tues, Thrus, Sat
Week 4/ PJ - 20 mins. on Mon, Wed, Fri
Week 5/ PJ - 10 mins. Mon - Sat.
Week 6/ PJ - 15 mins. Mon - Sat.

Then I stopped.

The other discouraging part was, I didn't see any gains, except for 1/4" in girth after the first week of using the PJ. The gains stayed though. That's good!

I don't think I'm an easy gainer like some. I think it may be 2 - 3 months before I see length gains. I need to make it passed the beginning 3 months without stopping. That's my goal. And that's why I'm posting here, to keep me on track.

Current Measurments:
EL: 5"
EG: 4 1/2"

Goal:
EL: 8" - 9" (As big as I can get, while still being able to put it all in)
EG: 6" - 7"

I'll decide on the exactness of my goals once I get close. But 8" x 6" is a minimum.

I have alot of work to do. I'll make out a plan and a day to start and post my first day here.

I really want to have a huge monster cock, before I get married. It's a present for my wife, even though I don't know who she is yet. I don't plan on that happening for another 4 years or more! So, I think I'll make it way before time. I'm attracted to thick, not fat, but toned woman who are leaders, in some way, usually socially... I need a woman that can keep up with me. Welcome to the Forum, Gethura.

You gained a 1/4" in one week useing the JELQ?
And, you say you might be a slow gainer? Hmmm, you have some potential.
How about starting on my Beginners Routine For Newbies? This will give you a well rounded workout in conjunction with the PJ. These exercises are designed to PREVENT injury so if you follow my routine and condition your dick, you should have no problems. I have had great gains doing PE, but I worked hard and stuck to the exercises. You will have to do the same. I just wish you had found this site months ago, you would be well on your way to a bigger Penis.

P.S. Don't waste your money on pills, they don't do anything for what you are attempting to accomplish.

I was amazed that I gained that 1/4" in girth and that the gains stuck. That was from the first week using the PJ. I LOVE the PJ. It saves so much time and effort. I say I'm a slow gainer because I didn't gain a thing after that last month and a half (after the initial gain). The past two times I tried PE w/o the PJ, I didn't gain anything, either. But now that I'm starting back again, well see what happens.

I like the beginner’s routine. But I want to continue the routine I was using before I quit. Maybe I’ll incorporate the v-jelqs later on... I’ve never tried those. But I really like what I was doing before. I pretty much just want to use the PJ, right now. Hope you understand.

Hey All,

Yesterday, I started my PE routine. Here is a “formula” that makes sense to me, off of ‘free-penis-enlargement-site.com’ that I go by. High intensity, short workouts with adequate rest, will produce the most gains with the least amount of time and it takes little time out of the day. This is my basic principle that I will work with throughout my PE routines.

I have a very long term goal. I am 26, single, celibate and don’t want to be married for another 4 years, atleast! So, I don’t feel the pressure to impress or please anyone, right now. So, I can take my time and just focus on being consistent and sticking to PE for a “long” period of time, since that seems to be the real “secret“. So, I’m setting aside a 4 year time period to reach my goal size. I know I’ll probably reach it before then, but just so I don’t make myself crazy with not seeing immediate results, I’m giving myself plenty of time.

This is just one of my many self-improvement projects to get myself ready for marriage. Because of this, I don’t want to make PE the focus of my day, but rather a habit of daily life... like brushing my teeth. This will keep me from getting burned out by not focusing too much mental and emotional energy on PE, so I can be consistent. PE is for me and my confidence, of course, but I’m also doing this for my unknown future wife. Here's to us.

My Goal

Of course, I want to be a minimum of 8’ x 6’. But I really want a 9” x 7” with a huge mushroom head.

So, that means I need to gain 1" a year in erect length and a little less than 1" a year in erect girth to accomplish my goal in the amount of time I have given myself. Sounds more than reasonable.

My Routine

- PJ/ 10-15 mins.

- "Glans Popper"/ 10
[o-grip at the base, let in a kegel, and jelq up the shaft and stop just below the glans. Let in another kegel and hold for 10 sec. With out releasing the first o-grip, make another o-grip with your other hand at the base and let in another kegel only through the base o-grip. Then jelp up the shaft to meet the first o-grip. Once they meet, let go of the first and hold with the second just below the glands. Let in one more kegel and hold for 30 seconds. That counts as 1. Now do 9 more and you have my set of 10. This is an intense workout to get a bigger mushroomed head. It's intense for me, anyways.I didn’t know if there was a name for this or not, so I just made one up. If there is one (which I’m sure there is), let me know and I’ll change the name]

I’ll do these exercises Mon. - Sat. and rest on Sunday.

I started Tuesday, Aug. 17, ‘04 and will keep going thru Sat. and take Sunday off. Then I’ll start back on Monday.

Maybe I’ll measure once a month or every two months... I’m not sure. To me, in the beginning, measuring is not as important as just being consistent and making it passed the 3 month mark.

So, I finished my first week last Saturday. It wasn't a full week because I started on Tuesday... My penis feels alot stronger when erect, after that first week. And it feels a little bigger in girth, though it's more than likely it's not, but I've decided not to measure until Jan. 1, 2005. I will have PE'd for 4 1/2 months by then. I will have made it passed the beginning phase and will more than likely stick with it. I don't want to constantly watch myself right now and get discouraged by how "slow" the gains are coming. I just want to keep on keepin' on... consistency is my goal.

Well, reading this may be a tad boring for my first phase... but that's ok. At least I'll be consistent. I'm so tired of getting off track!!

Way to go! Just keep with it and you will enjoy the fruits of your labor. I myself usually measure every three months or so. I used to measure every week. I would always get disapointed if I didn't see gains. This way so far I see gains and it in return energizes me for the next three months. Good luck!!

Hey All,

I do only 10 minutes a day using the jelq device... well... actually, I do 11 minutes just to make sure I do a full 10 because sometimes I could start 25 seconds into the first minute and not know it. I have a digital clock. So I just do one minute more to make sure I’m doing a full 10. I do the power jelq while erect. Since, I can’t seem to do the jelq w/o becoming erect, anyways. During the first week, I jelqed lightly for the first 5 minutes and then I added as much pressure as the device would allow for the last 5 minutes. Now, on the last day of the 2nd week, I did two strokes with medium intensity, then as hard as the device would allow for the rest of the 10 minutes. I didn’t see much effect the first week after I did my routine. Meaning, I didn’t see my penis become temporarily bigger after the workout. But during the second week, I started to blow up like a balloon. Maybe it was the increased duration of intensity. Maybe it was just a natural result of the work I put into my penis the week before. I think both are probably true. My hope is that each day will build upon itself. For example, a plant grows with small amounts of consistent watering. It may grow some immediately or it may not. But you know that if you water it a little everyday, it’s going to grow in it’s own time. You only have to be consistent and patient so that nature takes it’s course. I have the same perspective with penis enlargement.

I changed my glans workout. Now, right after I power jelq, I o-grip just below the glans, kegel in as much blood as I can and tighten my grip to keep in the blood. I do this for 20 sec., then kegel in more blood, if I can. I hold this for 20 more secs., then I kegel in MORE blood and hold for 20 secs. So, the whole set lasts for 1 minute, while I kegel every 20 seconds. Then, I let go of my o-grip and let blood flow. I do this for a total of four times. Two times with my left hand and two times with my right. And I am lying on my back when I do this. I enlist the help of the other hand to hold my grip together, if I need to. Sometimes I have to squeeze my legs together against my hands just to keep the grip together if I venture out and do 5 or 6 sets. If you try this, keep in mind that your goal is to “blow it up” like a balloon and hold that stretch for as long as possible. My theory is that doing this consistently, with enough intensity, and almost every day will significantly increase the size of my head.

After doing this routine, I admire the big limp fatty hanging from my body... and look forward to being hung. Right after the workout, my shaft and head are significantly expanded and I know I’m doing good work.

Sometimes my penis feels achy while in the process of getting an erection... not like “I’m going to cum” achy, but more like I feel like the stuff inside my member is stretching itself... interesting. True? I don’t know. It also feels a little thicker, but as I said... I’m not going to believe it ‘til I measure and I’m not going to measure ‘til the beginning of next year. But it already feels stronger, harder, looks more veiny and looks/feels bigger while flaccid. But we'll find out for sure all in good time.

Hey All,

My routine for week 3 varied a little because I explored a tiny bit and rested an extra day.

Monday/ PJ - 15 min.
Head Squeeze - 4

Tuesday/ PJ - 10 min.
Head Sqeezes - 0

Wednesday/ Rest

Thursday/ PJ - 10 min.
Head Squeeze - 2

Friday/ Rest

Saturday/ PJ- 10 min.
Head Squeeze - 2

Sunday/ PJ - 10 min.
Head Squeeze - 1 (I would have done two, but was interupted)

I found that, on Monday, when I did the 15 min. PJ and the 4 one minute head squeezes, I got emotionally tired. So that the next day, I only wanted to do 10 mins. of PJ and no head squeezes. Then I was just sick of PE and took the next day off. I felt better and did my routine for Thursday, except I did two less head squeezes. I felt better about that. But I just felt horrible on Friday (fight with family) so I did nothing. But I continued on Saturday and Sunday. My normal schedule is to workout on M-Sat. and take Sunday off. But since I rested two days during the week already, I made up for it with Suday. So this was a 5 days on, 2 days off week. This is ok with me. I wouldn't want to rest any more than 2 days, but all is well.

I'll probably continue through next Saturday and take Sunday off, so that I stay with my routine. While I want to be consistent and stay on a routine, I also want to listen to my body... juggling those two will be an ongoing process.

After next week, I will have reached a month of PE. I may up my PJ time to 15 mins./day But I'm not sure, yet. I'll decide by the end of this coming week.

I discovered that I feel the head squeezes most intensely when I am 100% erect. It gets REALLY intense when I'm fully erect, kegel in all that blood, and squeeze my o-grip hard. That's why I lowered it to 2 one minute sets. And I do them after the PJ work because my head is really warmed up and stretchable, afterward. I am trying to do as little as possible with as much intensity as possible and lots of rest... and thinking about PE as little as possible. I really want to keep myself from burn out. That's why I'm doing things this way. I'll add in more later... like kegels, more jelq work, more head work, stretch the ball sack, etc... but all in good time.

Week 3 - Check

A Reward For Being Persistent

I know this is not popular here, but as a gift to myself for completing 4 1/2 months of PE, I am going to buy Prosolution Pills.

I know, I know... they don’t work. But back in mid-July, I ordered the PJ and the Pills at the same time. I started using them at about the same time. I was just reading through my exercise journal and on my REST days, I would wake up and my penis would be 1/2” thinker in girth, just because of the blood flow caused by the pills. I get that big after a workout, but never on a rest day without the pills. So, it seems worth the money to me simply because of the extra blood flow.

I don’t intend to create another debate nor step on toes... I just know my experience with the pills and want to continue to use them... and it would be a good reward for myself when I accomplish my first goal... to be consistent. I probably won’t buy them right at 01-01-05, but maybe a month or two afterwards.

I decided that for week 4, I am going to up my PJ time to 15 mins. I started that today and I'm glad I did. I just focused on going slow and making sure every centimeter of my shaft recieved the same amount of pressure. It only took 4 - 5 secs. per jelq. I think last week when I did the PJ for 15 mins. I was going a little faster. But today I changed my focus to intensity and I, mentally, had a better time at enduring the extra time.

My goal could be to work up to 30 mins. a day, 6 days a week with the PJ... by 01-01-05. Any thoughts?

Whew!

After week 4, I began to work 60 - 70 + hrs. a week and it threw everything in my life off track... including PE.

I just ordered a three month supply of Enlargel and I'll start back with my Jelq Device when I get the male enhancement product. So, I'll be starting back soon, though I will still be working those crazy hours. I just need to get myself organized again.

I want to eventually venture out into the world of modeling. While I don't want to be in porn, I'd like to know that when I am being looked at, I can be confident that my size is impressive.
