I have these doubt about Enlargel (site: http://www.enlargel.com) :

1) The Enlargel do not cause cellular growth of the member tissue, but only "swell" it with its vasedilatatory action.

2) Therefore, how is possible that the gain obtained with this gel are permanent? The action of this gel finish when I stop to apply it on my member, and after little time my member will be returned to its original dimension.
I be right?
