Enlargel, shipping.

When I ordered my 3 packs of Enlargel, the add said that delivery was by courier at $28 US added to the $79 discounted price, for a total of $108 US. I asked them to ship by mail, as that is quite cheaper than by courier. I received the product by mail as per my request, the cost of them sending the package by mail was $ 7.00. But when I got my Visa statement it showed that I billed the $108.00. I e-mail Enlargel. They e-mailed me back saying that I was charged Shipping plus Handling and that was that.

Now if one puts pen to paper and does the math, $28 - $7 = $21.00 handling charge. I would say that is an awful lot of money to pay for them to place 3 plastic containers into a bloody envelope.

I am thoroughly disgusted with this companies policies and practices. They say the product is discounted, but they obviously make up the difference in their handling charges.

hi irishdan, Im nothing to do with the owner of the product so this is just an independant review but from what you say, im just simplifying it

so 28 dollars is for shipping via courier and you say the cost of them sending the package by mail was $ 7.00

that means that you should be paying 79 + 7= $86 and not the $108 lol just a bit confused there :P but i see what you are gettin at.

Shipping for me in Northern Ireland (UK shipping) i $29.01 so I have to pay discounted $79.93 + 29.01 for shipping= $108.94

are you sure you didnt select the wrong shipping online by mistake? My shipping is USPS Global Priority Shipping and I dont get another option whereas you might depending on what country you are from :)

Did you not get a receipt when you were online just after ordering? That would have told you straight away, most sites ask you to print a receipt and give you a reference number after a purchase?

I think Rob is the guy you need to speak to,
Just trying to help,
mike

Hi Viperos, I see what are saying, There was no other options for shipping. But as I said, I did type in the comments section that I wanted the product shipped by mail. Of course they did that, and charged me $29.01, for shipping by USPS Global Priority Shipping. And as you say the charge should have been $86 and not the $108.

By the way how is the Enlargel working for? So far it has not a thing for me. When you received your package was the Plastic full, or only half full? The containers that I received where only about 1/3 full?

Anybody else feel that they were shorted in the amount they received?
My "Gift container" from Rob, was full as were the 3 containers I ordered. If any member feels that they were not getting what they paid for, please post. JonPop

Gonna revise this by saying. Not full, I can shake the container and hear it slosh inside, but more, way more than enough for a 30 day application at the recommended doseage. JP

The key part in the shipping and handling statement is the handling, with that part they can justify nearly any charge.

So for all we know the Enlargel stock is being guarded by an old guy on a bridge who asks questions 3... the poor stock boy is getting hazard pay for this more than likely and then it's calculated into the handling charge.
