| JonPop Anybody else feel that they were shorted in the amount they received?
My "Gift container" from Rob, was full as were the 3 containers I ordered. If any member feels that they were not getting what they paid for, please post. JonPop
Gonna revise this by saying. Not full, I can shake the container and hear it slosh inside, but more, way more than enough for a 30 day application at the recommended doseage. JP

As I said JonPop, my container was only 1/3 full, When I asked Rob he said each container holds 2 oz, I wrote to enlargel and asked about the content of the containers. they wrote back and said
"Hi and Thanx for purchasing Enlargel. Each tube contains exactly 2 Fluid Ounces of the Gel. Each tube contains 1 full months supply. Rest assured you received the appropriate quantity purchased."
Sales Manager
Kenny
Now If your containers was full, then others who received containers with only 1/3 in each where short changed.
I am wondering, that because you are a Moderator you either received the full 2 oz, or they sent you more than 2 oz?
Either way if an ordinary member only received a 1/3 of a container full, and paid the same price as you did, then the ordinary member should have the received the same amount for the same price. Or they should of only paid 1/3 the price for 1 third of a container full.
When I ordered my Enlargel, there was no other options for shipping other than the USPS.
I did type in the comments section that I wanted the product shipped by mail, which they did. the cost of the mail was $7U, and they charged me $29.01, for shipping by USPS Global Priority Shipping. I should have been charged $86 and not the $108, the amount that appeared on my Credit Card. The charge should have been 79 + 7= $86
I did e-mail Kenny and his reply said , Your Credit Card was charged appropriately at $108. The 33% discount reflects the total cost of the Gel, not the S&H cost which was charge at the standard rate.
That Rate was for shipping by USPS Global Priority, and not by mail. This is not the way to do business.
I am very disappointed with this company, and I am wondering if other members who have ordered this product feel the same way. |

| Dan, quit your bellyacheing. I paid $94.94 for my 3 months supply, which came express mail. The difference in shipping, is because you are not in the United States.
And...In answer to your question about amounts. I sacrificed a tube to see just how much of the product it contained. I squeezed it out onto a piece of waxed paper, onto a very accurate postal scale, and found out it was exactly 2oz. I re-sealed it in an air-tight container, hopeing it won't lose any of it's effectivness. I wanted to put this type of posting to rest. Nuff said? JonPop

| Yeh,nuff said. I don't think the sellers want negative advertising for this product. The amount I recieved is 2oz too,and no matter how small it looks like,it is enough for one month of use.

| Hey JonPop, I was not bellyaching, I was just questioning the amounts of product in the conatiners and the postage charges, I am sorry that you had to open one of you containers, But you did say
My "Gift container" from Rob, was full as were the 3 containers I ordered. If any member feels that they were not getting what they paid for, please post. JonPop"
Now may I ask was the container you emptied FULL or 1/3 FULL? This is a very Important question. Again I am sorry that you opened your container, but I am sure others members will appreciate this endevor.
Hey Playtimer, No one is trying make the product look Negative, I am just trying to clear up some mute points. If you had questions about the product, and postage, I bet you would ask the questions. After all this is a DEMOCRATIC site is it not? And we should have the right to ask questions, shouldn't we?

| Irishdan,
Yes, this is a Democratic site. You are free to post what ever you want, if the moderators feel you are not being constructive, then you won't be here anymore.
You were negative about the product before you bought it, and I wouldn't expect much less after your purchase.
Each bottle contains 2 ounces, or 30 days worth. I find it hard to believe that out of thousands of bottles, you got the only ones that were "1/3 full".
The shipping and handling is fixed, and I admit that it is high, we are considering lowering it in the future. It is the cost of having people package and ship the product, process orders, etc. You were never told that you'd get discounted shipping, so I don't understand your concern.
We have already received hundreds of positive responses for Enlargel. I don't count yours as negative, because it is not about the effectiveness of the product, but the amount in each bottle (2 oz. as advertised) and the shipping costs (exactly what the invoice said it was going to be before you placed your order).
I'm asking that you give this an unbiased shot, and quit nitpicking over moot points.
Sorry if I come off as harsh, it is just that I have personally put years of my life into the development of this product. I welcome your criticism, but I don't understand your argument. The product was delivered to you exactly as advertised. If your bottles were 1/3 full, it was the most improbable of flukes.
If you are not happy with the product, I believe that you can just send it back and be done with it.
Best regards,
Rob |

Irishdan you evidently didn't read, or chose to ignore the rest of my post.
You'll see that I said they were NOT full. JonPop

You can't see through the plastic and unless you do as I did, squeeze out the contents.....????JonPop

| JopPop, I just unscrewed the cap and looked into the container. By the way I also opened the other two Jars and unscrewed the cap and looked in, they where 2/3 full. and according to Rob all the plastic jars should be 2/3 full, for 2 oz of Enlargel. I wondered why you cut the container on your jar and emptied the contents to check the weight of the jel.
Anyway thanks again.

| I think that the problem with us who live in Europe is that we find the freight too expensive. Also, there might be a possibility that if more men start using Enlargel its price might go down - hopefully! |
