OK:

I didn't measure girth as I seem to be stagnant at 5 1/8" midshaft (damn that 8 LOT). BUT, I got out the old ruler today, I've cemented 7 1/2" baby!. I've got only 1/2" to go before my initial goal of 8" of length is complete. And, what makes this even better, I don't have much fat pad. OK, there's the update for now.

Yes AJ, I do hang. I've come to the conclusion that I'm far too lazy to yank on my dick in terms of stretching. I currently weight hang up to 17 lbs and it feels great. I love the stretch it gives. I bought the Bib starter months ago and finally started using it after the first of the year. I'll admit, my dick is getting pretty long.

I use a traction device which I'm sure pulls NOTHING like hanging 17 lbs. of dead weight from your schlong, but I'm also far to lazy to stretch mine all day long. I wear the extender for about 2 hours a day. That's about all I can devote unfortunately, so the gains will be slow going. I've had decent gains quickly but like all fitness routines, I've hit a plateau. I keep going back and forth on my goal.

You use the jelq device, right? Have you ever tried manual jelqing for girth gains? I get MUCH better results from hand jelqing than with the device. I'm thinking it's because of my thickness already that the rollers haven't ever been able to completely surround my cock like I can do with my hand.

Yes, I use the pj almost every girth routine. I also incorporate manual wet hand jelqs and some v-jelqs. I do about 350-400 total per day. I'm thinking what may work better for me is to lower the count to 200 and do only manual wet hand jelqs but really intensify my grip and the jelq itself. That may be what I need to up my girth gains. We'll see.

Hanging is great and that's what I attribute my length gains to. I'm currently hanging 17 lbs now as I'm typing this hehe

AJS, do the stretches W/Kegels and the circle stretches I wrote about in my Newbie routine. I attribute these exercises with a great % of my length gains.

I just thought I'd post this. I whipped out the old tape measure and decided to measure my girth. Now, I wasn't full blown erect, maybe 30%. My base was 5 1/4" and my midshaft was 5 1/8". Those used to be my 100% erect stats!! I guess my girth is taking the hint finally.

If you happen to know off hand, how long did it take you to get up to 17 pounds, and which direction do you hang? I've been doing true hanging now for about two months, as well as using my similar tension bands for a few months more. I hang up because my LOT is low, and I've found I can't increase weights as fast as some suggest. This doesn't bother me as I'm gaining fine, but just curious about how you're doing. Also any reccommendations for a particular hanger type? I think I am near the maximum my apparatus can take. Thanks, and keep up those nice gains.

I've been hanging now consistently for 4 months. I started just after the 1st of the year. It's taken me a while to get to 17 lbs as I didn't want to injure myself. Because my LOT is 8, I've been hanging straight down. I check my LOT periodically and it hasn't changed yet so I continue the downward hang. I'm actually ready to jump up to 20 lbs. I ease into higher weights. And, I only do the heavier weights for 10 min. sets until I'm comfortable enough to go another 5 minutes, etc....

I use the Bib Starter. I have never had a problem with it . I don't think that the Bib Starter has a weight restiction, at least not that I'm aware of. This has been a long 7 months 2cents. But, I've got a goal in mind and I'm going to see myself to 9x7. Thanks for the encouragement!

Boy, it's been a long time since I've posted in this thread. Been too busy to track my gains (if any) properly. I've kept up on PE as most of you know but the main reason that I'm putting this out there is to proclaim that I've officially been pulling and yanking and jelqing my dick for 1 full year now.

Today, 8/24/05 is my 1 year PE anniversary. 8/24/04 was the day I started this and realized that having a big dick isn't something that's restricted for the male porn stars. "Average Joes" like myself can be well hung too!
