Hey rocky, Im in the same boat.. I have only really focused on length with not much result. I started to do jelq's and with in a month got some decent gains (see my log).

There was an interesting post in regards to Erection quality, have you read it?

Rocky, I read somewhere on a recent post that sometimes "less is more".............I think maybe you said it too, don't remember for sure. I'm trying this approach because by the time I get home from both of my jobs, it's about 9:20pm. I then give my girth routine 1 hour only. An erect bend is bending your erection left, right, straight up and straight down. This is a great exercise to do BUT, it's absolutely NOT for the untrained dick. The first time I tried them a few years back, I didn't like the sensation I got when I bent my dick. Now, it almost actually feels GOOD to do them. I don't bend it hard, I take my time and do it SLOWLY. It's just a way to shock my dick into some growth. Give 'em a try bro, just BE CAREFUL!!!

DAMN! I just read this............my first post from the progress tracking thread I started nearly 4 years ago!!! I was 7" on the nose back then and now I'm right about the 7 1/2" BPEL mark!

To all you newbies out there that have doubts about this process, THIS SHIT WORKS!!!! WORD UP!
