Ive only been doing jelqing for about a month. I have noticed red spots on my head . But the thing is i noticed them after i stretched for about 10-15 minutes. I dont know if ill be able to stretch more then 15 minutes only because i fear of more red spots.

I'm very sorry to hear that, and I can't begin to imagine your frustration. The one thing I can think of that you still haven't tried is hanging, and I don't mean an ADS or one low weight for a long time. I mean something along the lines of a BIB hanger and increasing weights.

Naturally, you must work them up slow, but your for example said you used five pounds straight down. I've read posts from BIB, the man who the hanger is named after, and he at times got as high as 40 pounds. Currently I believe wanna10incher is still hanging, and if you haven't already check out sikdogg's information page. There you can find instructions for making your own hanging devices, and the homemade BIB hangers can purportedly handle 20 pounds or more. Included are QAs with BIB who gained four inches of length I believe and 2 of girth.

Also, if hanging down doesn't work, try hanging up, with the weight over your shoulder. You can also try hanging side to side or straight out from the body. My recommendation is that you try one direction, say for a month or two, and slowly increase weights. If after that time you feel you are working your ligaments out really well but there is not much growth, try a different direction.

If you are still taking supplements, look for vitamins or other supplements that are used for circulation and/or healing. You might also studying up on any supplements that help increase flexibility or ligament elasticity. Most importantly though I'd work on the exercise routine and worry about that first.

You're a hell of a trooper for being so persisitent, and anyone can see you want to improve yourself. This might be the answer.

do you have anything positive to report from your practice?

maybe you are getting more subtle benefits that are easy to ignore and could turn into actual growth.

diet and overall health are probably real critical. how much nutrition you are absorbing, how good of rest you are getting etc.

look at these areas of you life carefully before throwin the baby out with the hot towels.

I just started this week using the jelq device. I am trying to start slow and work up. Am I supposed to pull the rollers all the way to the end of my penis or to the head?

I am excited about all this good information. I am taking the supplements and doing the pe 5 days on and 2 days off most of the time. I am also using the pm everyday for 6-9 hours. I want to thank all of you for your posts. I am keeping a good attitude and believe I am growing all the time.

Curly, this is taken from my Newbie Routine:

Determining LOT (Loss of Tug)


LOT (Loss of Tug).

This is a very important factor in the way you exercise.

Grasp your flacid penis under the glans in the O.K. grip. (Palm down)
Stretch straight up (This is 12:00) Do several hard Kegels. Do you feel it tug back?

(No need to pull too hard, as this can be very noticeable or can be very subtle.)

Stretch straight out (9:00) do several hard Kegels. Do you feel it tug back?

Stretch straight down (6:00) do several hard Kegels. Do you feel it tug back?

When you DON'T feel it TUG BACK, this is your Loss of Tug or LOT.

If your LOT is 6:00, you will need to do your exercises straight out and straight up.

If your LOT is 9:00 or higher, you will do exercises straight out and straight down.

You always want to exercise AGAINST the TUG

Most men find that they have low LOT. Mine is at 6:00. This means that the gains come harder and require more dedication and work to see the gains.

Men with high LOT, are very lucky. Their gains come easier and can utalize weight hanging. But don't be discouraged, the Gains will come if you are dedicated and stay on the program I have outlined below.
These are exercises to help you gain, regardless of LOT

Thanks Jon Pop. I feel the tug at 12:00 or straight up. I feel no tug at 6:00 or 9:00. So when I do the kegels or jelqing I should stretch out and down? Do I do the kegels and jelqing down?

Just do the Newbie Routine as written. This routine is designed for men with low LOT. Your ligs are very tight right now, make sure you warm up properly. With ligs this tight, you should see some quick Newbie gains. Good luck.

Everyone has been encouraging but unfortunately, no matter what I do nothing works. I now have over 2 1/2 years at every kind of workout I can find and no results. I am convinced that the bell curve works here as well: 10% get nothing; 15% get some results; 50% get good results; 15% get very good results; and 10% get exceptional results. The bell curve is the only thing that's 100%. Since my father's side of the family is Ukranian and 1000 years ago the Mongolian hoards came through that area killing, pillaging, an raping, I obviously have the "Mongolian curse." No amount of magic can change that.

Sorry for my very late reply, but I've just started to become active on this forum. If the routine you followed above is one that you've been on consistently, then your lack of gains is likely due to you not using any progression sequences. You workouts have to get progressively harder either by increasing the intensity or volume if you're going to force gains. If you do the same routine day after day, your penis will have no reason to adapt.

Having BP and heart problems is probably an idication or the cause of high stress levels, i'm sure we all know how much this can affect our size, whatever the occasion... perhaps this is the reason?

PS. JP if you read this and remember who I am; I believe my insensitivity was due to overmasturbation; I took four days rest the other day and it worked a dream, nothing like it used to be however and the sensitive region of the glans can only "go once" before becoming completely insensitve to physical stimulation. I plan to take a month and a half rest and then return to PE, I will be beginning a newbie routine so please can you direct me to a routine that targets girth more strongly than legnth but still works both? Many thanks.
