The only difinative way to asses is Enlargel works (to raise testosterone levels) is to have blood work done at periodic intervals before, during and after usage. It will be difficult to ascertain whether or not Enlargel has any impact on the growth process unless the user has noticable gains upon commencement of usage after having been doing PE for a period without substantial gains.
Testosterone levels are a constantly moving target. They rise and fall at random intervals, this is the reason necessatating periodic blood work to establish a base line of high and low levels to work from.
