I don't like piercings on dicks and wouldn't get one either. However, i have thought about getting one of those ball implants on the shaft. Yes, i thicker dick helps but to directly stimulate the g-spot you need to hit it from a specific angle. If she's laying on her back, you need to hit it at an upward angles and if she's in doggy position you need to angle down. The best way to hit the g-spot directly is to have her lay on her stomach and you penetrate her from the top position.

You will probably out of commission for around two weeks, maybe a little more after the inplant.
