Well I'm not, still got everything I came into the world with. That being said I have kept my foreskin pulled back since very young so I get the best of both worlds. I still wonder however what the extra sensitivity would be like had I not, but then I would just have to keep it pulled over the glans for quite awhile I think to get back there. It sure has surprised a few girls though.

I'm not circumcised, but I have short foreskin and since my teens I have been able to pull my foreskin all the way back and fully expose the glans.

As long as you have a foreskin.

I was circumcised as a baby so I can't say much for your second question.

You can be circumcized anytime in your life. I was circumcized in my early teens.

Just after it hurt like hell... in the long term, you don't really notice any difference in terms of sensitivity and/or function.

For me, it was a cultural thing...

My understanding of the history of circumcision is as Uber mentioned, for cleanliness and to help reduce masterbation.

The bad thing about having it done is you're losing sensitive skin and with it sex may not be as pleasurable as it was before.

The foreskin actually has very few nerve endings in it. It's the glans that matters.

Uncut penis' get a build-up of smegma if it's not cleaned often. Most, if not all, of the women that i know prefer a cut penis. The most common reason they've given me is that uncut penis' smell and give the perception of being unclean.

Smegma is the buildup of mucus (and dirt) around the glans. It's very similar to toe jam after you've been wearing your tennis shoes all day while running sweating, and playing sports.
