Arrow Advanced techniques

As requested, I have begun to compile a list of some of the most useful and most commonly used PE techniques. A note to newbies: Some of these exercises can be dangerous if you haven't completed JonPop's Newbie Routine. I know that there are many more advanced techniques so please bring them to my attention so I can add them to the list. For each technique without a link, I was unable to find a single post that explains it clearly. Perhaps such a post still needs to be written or perhaps I just overlooked it.

This is going to be a very helpful thread, thanks a lot Uber.

Also about the reverse kegels I have been doing that for a real long time without really noticing it. I just let go of all tension in my penis while having sex and kinda push out and the feeling of ejaculating goes away.

Is hanging really necessary for length gains? or will normally pulling and tugging be fine to gain an 1"-1 1/2" in length

All you have to do is pull, tug, torque, reef, yard, stretch, extend, strain or yank the hell out of your penis as much, as long, as often as you can and as consistantly as you can and I guarrantee you will eventually get a couple of inches.

My enlargement program

I am an experienced "enlarger" but desire to always learn from my peers. I am going to describe my program below and would appreciate any constructive comments by the members.

1. Thirty minutes before beginning my routine I take 2 grams of L-Arginine Alpha Keto Glutarate which acts as a very effective vaso-dilator.

2.Take a hot shower and direct the very warm stream onto my penis for at least 2-3 minutes.

3.Use my Jelq Device for a first 100 rep slow Jelq.

4.Since I have been an experienced "pumper" for several years, I use my 2" x 8" cylinder for five minutes which I always "pack" during this first pump.

5. Repeat a second 100 rep slow Jelq.

6. Switch to my 2 1/2 " x 9" cylinder for another 5 minute pump to further stretch my penis out to, so far an additional 1/4 " to 8 1/4".

7. Repeat a third 100 rep slow Jelq.

8. Do a final 5 minute pump with the 2 1/2" x 9" cylinder.

This routine is done at least every other day with the results so far of achieving an 8" x 2 1/4 " after session penis size. My flaccid hang is now 7" .

9. On alternate days I have been varying my routine to only a hot warm-up; 2 100rep Jelq's and 3 hours in my traction device. The gains are holding and I'm very pleased with all of the advice that I've gained from the membership. My goal is 9" with a 2 1/4 in diameter and about a 7' circumference.

That sounds like an awesome routine man! I have a Kaplan pump. I think this is the one that you have if I am not mistaken? I have a 2.25x9 cylinder.

Have you found it's better for gains to pack the pump? I've been thinking about getting a smaller diameter cylinder.

What pressure do you use with your pump?

Where do you get your L-arginine supplement?

What traction device do you use?

I don't hang beercan, but it involves hanging weights from the penis in order to gain length.

May I introduce a kind of tunica-stretch which I find helpful. I would call it the S-stretch.
1. Pull the flaccid penis forwards from under the glans.
2. Grab the midsection of the shaft and stretch sideways for 30secs. The penis will look S-shaped. Change sides accordingly.

One could rotate the mid-shaft with an ok hold too.

Hey Uber,
I have adopted your vitamin and supplement regimen for the past two months, consistently and without fail, yet I have not seen any significant change or increase in my semen volume. Is it possible that what I am getting is all my body will ever be able to produce? Should I continue the regimen? Or should I consider another product or regimen to increase ejaculate production. I am gay, so, sperm count is not my goal, but increased liquidity and fluid volume is. Your thoughts...........thanks!
