But keep on trying to contact the person you just got your PM from. Here is a lists of things that you can do:
1.) There should be an address of where it came from, or perhaps a telephone number.
2.) Try contacting the courier service, they should have a hard copy of the address.
3.) Try forwarding your concerns to ebay themselves Call their support personel. In my observation, before anyone can make a sell or purchase, they have their information submitted to the site for authenticy verification. You can try asking for help, if the missing item is from ebay or the seller.
I don't like to discourage you either, but i think the company has a customer record. If you got it from a second person, most probably, the records belong to that person where you got the PM device. So, if you make a complain directly to the company, i'm afraid they will not entertain you. This is perhaps for a reason that there are so many PE device that PM accessories can fit in. Since PM has a superior quality than the rest of the PE device, seller wise, they will refrain from entertaining any complain other than their customer.
Selling accessories, i believe for now is not available. This is because the product has a 36 months warranty that they replace any broken parts for free. Any reason other than that of broken parts within the period of their warranty is hardly considered. So please buy directly from the source. You get hassle free, a 36 months broken parts replacement warranty, and of course for sanitary reason.
So 1aleem, try your best to contact the person on the ebay who sold you the item.
