I was putting my pm on for the first time and man was it difficult. Pulling the rubber trying not to get your dick caught. Making it tight enough so that it doesn't slide off. Not the mention the first few times my dick ended up twisted after tightening the rubber strap.

Tonight i used the velcro tip mentioned on here. That went much better, but still slightly uncomfortable. I think part of the reason is that i'm uncut and i pull my skin back so that my foreskin doesn't stretch any further and that is slightly irritating.

Anyhow, i started thinking maybe a cross between a bibhanger and the PM. I think it would simplify the attaching process. I was thinking of purchasing a bibhanger and somehow attaching it to the dick sled on the PM. Any thoughts? Is the bibhanger comfortable on the dick?

Romanemp, check out the autoextender. I beleive it attaches like a bib hanger, but it is also an extender.

Roman - are you wrapping your shaft with anything prior to putting on the PM? If not, wrapping really solves 99.9% of the pinching problems. you could pull the skin back, apply the wrapping, then install the PM. Johnson and Johnson's Hurt Free Tape or something similar really works well.
