need some help no gains 8 months

Hey there,

I have been pe now for around eight months i have changed my routine around a little since starting. Trying to find what works for me. My latest rountine goes a little like this.

Warm up with hot cloth

Stretch for 5- 10minutes using long schlong stretches which is a stretch in all directions. Straight in front. up. to the left. and to the right. holding for 30sec on each rep. x3

Then I Jelq 300-400reps using power jelq. takes me 30 to 40 mins. finishing with hand jelqing and massage for around 5mins.


Warm down for 2 mins using hot cloth or sometimes i dip penis in cup of warm water.

Also for the last month I have been using traction device and pro solution pills. I have to wear traction device for 9 hours every day. This limits me to the pe that i can do. My main aim is girth I am leaving the length up to the device.


My stat are Last measure erect on 16/03/05

bpl 6.5"
girth 4.5"

Goal: Xmas 2005 7.5" x 5.5"

If anybody can help me in my achieving my dream goal please feel free to comment. If you see any faults in my routine please tell me.

I would recommend dropping the pro solution pills in favor of the supplements in JP's newbie routine. Penis enlargement pills don't work, are horribly expensive, and just contain the same nutrients you can buy as regular supplements. Other than that it looks like you have a good routine going. How much have you gained since you started PE?

Hello Uberschwanz thanks for the info,

I havn't really gained anything worth measuring. A little girth but no length. That is why I purchased the Sizegenetics program containing the traction d. enlargement pills and penis exercises. I know the pills are very expensive. They come with the program so I will probably finish them. I will definately look at the supplements in JP's newbie routine. The prosolution pill definately give me mega hard erections which is great.

After a month of traction I feel definatly thicker havent measured yet tho I will wait for another few weeks just incase there are no changes. I am still not sure wether or not 300-400 power jelqs are too much. I feel fine afterwards my penis hangs really full and thick for sometimes a few days which is really great. I did have a small abrasion just below the glands. Not sure wether it's from the PJ or the traction device. I would say it would be from the device. Once again thank you for reply.

I jelq one day on one off. Do you think I am doing each rep too fast? Only up until a few weeks ago I was doing 200 power jelqs it was taking me a good 40mins. I was told to try doing 400 in no more than half an hour. From a member of the sizegenetics program He claimed to have had exellent gains from it. So I decided to try it. After having seen no result from doing reps slower. I would have thought doing them slow with good technique would be more beneficial. I will experement with different speeds and see what happens.

Have you tried jelqing for a few days in a row and then taking a rest day or two? Perhaps you are not weakening the structures enough in one day to make any progress.

I have tried, two days exercising and one day off. Three days exercising and one off. With nothing really happening I thought maybe I was over training so I decided go to day on day off. I recently increased my reps to 300-400. PJing on the second day felt a little tender so let myself recover. Especially wearing the traction device it is very tiring for my penis.

On a good note I am very happy I am staring to see my girth increase in flacid and erect. I'm not sure how I ahcieved this. In the last month I have changed a few things. I have started to wear the andromedical traction device. It stated that I would see girth gains in first month as this is the adaption period. Length of half a cm. every month after. I aslo started taking prosolution pills, volume pills and in the last week I have increased my power jelqs to 300-400 reps. I think the two main reasons are increased reps and the combination of the PJ and the TD. and I think the pills compliment. So I am very happy. I will measure in a months time.

What's IN the pills helps, but those pills themselves are a horrible ripoff. Just get the supplements in JP's newbie routine to save yourself a lot of money. The main ingredients are exactly the same.

Uh, Samsonjelq, I would listen to brother Uber on this. Those pills are a HUGE ripoff and do contain the same ingrediants as in JP's recommended vitamin supplements. And, JP's vitamin's are far cheaper than those stupid enlargement pills. The only thing the enlargement pills do is increase blood flow to the penis.

Aside from jelqing, are you performing an type of squeezes at all? Uli, Horse 440???? All I see you mention is jelqing, stretching and the traction device.

Maybe what you need is to change up your routine. A change can restimulate your dick and make it grow due to a new stress being placed on it. I would suggest cutting your jelqing in half, and throw in some Uli squeezes at the end of your routine and see where that takes you. Also, when jelqing, I believe the standard rule is 4 seconds per jelq (that's what I do at least). I think your rushing the jelqing a bit which may also be a negative counting against you. Slow it down and enjoy it.

Thanks for the feedback guys. I agree with you 100% enlargement pills are expensive and don't really deliver what they claim. But I have all ready paid for them they were in the program that I bought so I will continue until used. I am new to the forum as you know and I am a little confused to what you mean by "Sqeezes". Is Uli and Horse440 a name of a sqeeze. I dont inderstand. If you could give me a little more info. I will try.

One more thing you say the penis enlargement pill only increases blood flow. Do the supplements JP recommend do more or are they just for blood flow as well. I have tried many different sorts and really I dont have much time for them I am only using them because they are there. I know that the penis is not a muscle. If it were we would be taking protien powder and all the crap that body builders take. I thought we were just stretching not building. Why take all these supplements. Do they really help. I would think if you have a good diet don't smoke drink plenty of fluid and sleep well you are doing enough for your private parts to repair.

Yes, Uli's and Horse 440's are squeeze exercises that force more blood into your shaft than normal to cause expansion. You can do a search on these exercises using the search tab and get information on how to perform these exercises from there.

As for the supplements, yes, the vitamins also help increase blood flow but more importantly, they help rebuild tissue in the penis and when you ejaculate, they help replenish the penis of vital nutrients the little guy needs. Basically, the vitamins help the penis grow bigger and stronger along with a good PE regimen. You don't have to take anything, it's just recommended. I think they help tremendously. And your right, not smoking and the proper diet will also help.

samsonjelq. When I wrote my Newbie Routine, it was with the thought that about 60% of the Newbies coming to this site were young people with poor dietary habits, i.e. "Junk Food". These supplements eg...Multi Vitamin, B complex, Zinc, were to boost the system in preperation for the exercises to follow. Now the L-Arginin and L-Lysine are strictly for the penis libido.
