Currently doing Johnpops newbie routine+stretching throughout day. I also do downward stretches, not just SO & SU. 600 regular kegels+ 400 erect super hard kegels. First two weeks I am doing 1 day on 1 day off, light stretching throughout off days. Using heating pad at night.
DURATION: 1.5 weeks.
MEASURMENT: n/a-post a measurement after first month.
GAINS: Super hard erections, insane orgasms, looks longer/thicker, better all-day flacid hang, veins more visable.
After I have completed the conditioning stage, I plan on begining light hanging at all angles, more advanced girth routines. My budget is currently tight so I am in the process of creating my own jelq device/penis-master. I will be ordering the BIB hanger for hanging routine.
