General is taking command in 2005

Figured this would be as good as any place to make my 1st post.

Been doing considerable amount of research over the last week regarding PE and found my way to this site (glad it was sooner than later). Seems like there is an incredible community here regarding a largely taboo subject (for the most part). Looking forward to being a part of the community myself. I had always been under the notion that I was stuck with what God gave me, now it appears that my outlook on that is quickly changing.

My routine is currently very basic as I'm trying to get acclimated to the PE exercises, and have so far have only done 2 manual jelqing sessions, on 4/18 & 4/20.

current stats:
FL = 3.25"
FG = 3.25"
EL = 5.0"
EG = 4.0"

GOAL: 7x5.5"

Currently am considering investing in the PJ & possibly even the PM to more rapidly accelerate efforts. Not in any hurry as many others have said, patience and persistence pay off.

Looking forward to using this board to track & share progress. Can definitely see how this will make it more entertaining and easier to stay on track to reach my goal.

Good achievable goals.

Forget the PJ and PM for the next few weeks and get started on JonPops Newbie routine my friend and the results will come.

Be consistant and focus on quality not quantity.

Judging by how well put together your initial post was, you're going to do well here. As Kdub rightfully instructed, stick with JP's newbie routine for 6 weeks before implementing any of the enlargement devices.

Just got done with the first time through JonPop's
A Beginners routine for NEWBIES.
Still having a little hard time determining what my LOT is ... hopefully that will become a little more apparant after a bit of time doing PE as I become more in tune with my penial awareness.

Last 4 days I've successfully went through JonPop's newbie routine. The 1st PE session using new routine, and is still occurring to a less degree, I would get very erect from doing the wet jelqs, the V-jelqs were even more stimulating. That has began to subdue a little bit, can get more reps in succession now without having to take a break. One thing that I found helpful to lower the erection level was to close my eyes and take in 3 deep breaths, inhaling through nostrils and exhaling through mouth.

My flaccid hang seems to be slightly better, nothing noticable though. One thing that I have been noticing that is somewhat annoying is that when flaccid I seem to be getting more of the "tortoise" effect (circumsized penis). Hopefully this will become less and less as my flaccid hang grows and grows, or maybe if my flaccid head becomes larger than my flaccid shaft. I was reading the thread who hates underware since PE? and might have to switch from wearing briefs to boxers to see if it will help out with the annoying "tortoise" effect. This problem is probably only compounded by my small flaccid length (check my starting stats, also in signature currently).

Will complete day 5 of the the newbie routine later today when I get off work, before I go to bed. Then will take the next two days off from my PE routine.

Couple of questions that I have:
1) When doing the V-jelqs, I don't think I'm doing them quite right, after reading back through some additional posts regarding this technique. I think the hand motions are right, but I'm not pulling to the left or to the right. I just use both hands, one after the other and pull straight up counting as 1 rep. Am I supposed to also pull to the left with EACH hand and then to the right with EACH hand and count those additional strokes as one rep?
2) I planning on purchasing both a PowerJelq and PeniMaster. I understand that I'm supposed to stick to JP's newbie routine for at least 6 weeks before mixing anything new in, but would like to be prepared when I'm ready to start mixing in these devices, and don't want to be backlogged by waiting for shipping. Anyone know what the turnaround time from order to delivery is on these devices with a shipping destination in the US?

Good job so far. Sounds like your off to a good PE regimen. The "turtle" effect that your flaccid penis experiences should diminish as you continue on your PE workouts. I started much like you and now I literally "hang" thick and low the whole day. It's great.

I'd answer your question on the v-jelqs, but since I myself just recently figured them out, I don't know the answer. I prefer to use my PJ in conjunction with pumping. That works girth great! But, don't attempt that until you've fully conditioned your penis. I don't want you to injure yourself.

But, if you want, order the "toys" now and when your ready to implement them into your workout, you've got them handy.

Must of had a very nice dream while sleeping today. Woke up to what would normally end in a wet dream and was able to kegel to where the explosion didn't occur. Appears my self control is getting better

I'm assuming that it is OK to continue with my kegels during my rest days here coming up, if anyone thinks otherwise, please chime in. As a newbie just finishing up my 1st week of PE, Is there anything else that I could/should be doing during my rest days besides/in addition to the kegels?

Kegals are absolutely fine on rest days. I do anywhere from 500-700 per day, regardless of whether or not I have had a PE workout. Good stuff too!

Just keep doing what you're doing General and growth/gains will start to happen.
