Something like blister on penis/pain

I have been using PM for about a little over 2 months now. FIrst I could last about 2 hrs but now I cant wear more than 50mintues a time. The pain is too strong to keep wearing it. Does everyone feel this pain? Also, a little red spots where the shaft and head meets(below the mushroom) have aquired, is this normal??? IS this turning into a blister of some sort?? I use the silicon loops to make the penis stay on the PM device. And I try to use the PM device for about 5-6hours a day, but hard when I have to take a break every less than a hour, I NEED HELP!

My advice, although i am not all that experienced, is to take a break from PE until your penis feels better (probably 2-3 days). Your penis might be asking you for a break and during this break you could very well grow.

I am not the expert, however this is what i believe the experts will say given your situation.
