Question My Pumping routine -- anything wrong?

Hi guys,

I have been pumping for like 3 weeks now, but I havent seen much gains. I want to see if you guys see anything fundamentally wrong with my routine.

I have been PEing for a while, went through the JP newbie's routine until it is not working on me. I need more girth, that's why I am pumping now.

I am doing the following on a 5 on 2 off schedule.

Use hot water to warm up for 2-3mins
newbie routine stretching
pump 15 mins at 5 Hg
100 reps of jelqing (both hands count as one)
Use hot water to warm down

I am also taking supplements as suggested in newbie routine. What do you guys think? How does this exercise look? Or do I have to mix it up with JP newbie every other day to stimulate the penis?

Any ideas are appreciated.

Nice to hear from you. Been a while. I would down the pumping time to 10 minutes a piece and try to do two sets, with jelqing in between each set. Also, make sure you kegal while pumping.

Are you using the pj at all or hand jelqing?? It might be time for you to change the way you are stimulating your dick. I'm doing a pump/pj routine now that is really working my dick quite well. Give it a shot.

Hi 10,

Yeah, it's been a while; I am back to the family now.

Thanks for your input. hey, are you strapping after pumping? I just learned about this today after some research. I heard people strapping for like 45mins - 1hr afterwards to keep the blood there.

For the two sessions routine, is it okay if I do them back-to-back with 100 jelqs in between? I just do not have two private time slots in a day.

I've never heard of "strapping". What is it? Also, when I pump and jelq, I pump for no more than 10 minutes at 5-7hg, release the pressure, restimulate and pj for 100 reps, then repeat the pump process again. I only do it twice and by the second time, my dick is fat as hell. And, I don't donut either.

Also, listen to JP's advice about the 3 part drys. For the most part, I've been doing them since last Thanksgiving weekend and they really do work. I have to give those things credit. They do work.

Hi 10,

Strapping is actually like putting the cock ring at the base after you pump, keeping the blood there. I bought the pump from Jnoutlet, and it comes with the strap, I guess that's how it gets its name from.

Good suggestion 10! I tried splitting my 15min session into two 10-min sessions, and I could pump better. I could just feel it; it's like the first set is a warm-up for the second set. My penis in second set goes fatter and thicker under the same pressure. Incredible.

This is my revised routine:

hot water to warm-up 2 mins
some stretching
pump 10mins at 5 Hg
hand jelq 75 (both hands counted as one)
pump 10mins at 5 Hg
strap for 10mins

I might replace HJ with PJ later, but I want to first see how it goes after one month on a 5/2 schedule. I would try some dry jelqs too, but honestly, I dont like doing those...

That's great HR, glad I could help. As far as dry jelqs go, do you not like them period or are you referring to the 3 part drys?? Little confused. I myself don't like the regular dry jelq either, but I love the 3 part drys. Have had great success with those.

I was refering to the 3 part dry jelq, but I never know how erect I should be for those exercises...

I usually perform them anywhere from a 30-40% erect state. I know JP's instruction calls for a 10% but I simply could never get a good feel for what I was doing at a 10% erection, so I just modified them to suit my tastes and they work just fine. You don't want to be "regular jelq" erect otherwise they become moot.

Something to share with my friends here...

I had a very good "work-out" session with my gf last night. I just could go for a long time, wow!! I havent had that "undefeatable" feeling for a long time. And then she always commented "Gee you are rock hard today!" while I was going in and out. It might not be as good as "You are big" but at least I could sense that I have better blood circulation since I started with this pumping routine. Great!

I probably am a slower-gainer, but I see this as the first sign of gettin' thicker. You would get better solid erection before the growth comes, I suppose.
