Just over a month ago I ordered the Penimaster from the European Manufacturer( I live in Europe myself). They promised a ten day delivery for central western Europe and a few more days for other countries in Europe.

I got an order confirmation after a couple of days, but since sthen i have heard nothing. I have sent them two reminder mails referring to my order confirmation...but still no reply.

As a comparison...I bought the JELQ device from US many weeks after, and it took just over a week to get it to Scandinavia...(Thank you Rob ) and im well over a week into my modified PE routine.

1.Does anyone have a similar experience with this company (Replacement MSP Concept) ?

2.Is the Penimaster so popular that its out of stock ?

3.What advice will you give me ?

Well I bought mine from the European suppliers as well and it only took 5 working days. So if it was me I would go back onto the site and get the contact phone No and call them with your purchase information and ask to have another sent out. It sounds as though it could be lost in transit as the PM in Europe comes from Germany I think.

I contacted the company by phone today and they promised me a new shipment on monday...They sounded serious...They said i will have it in around 10 days if the first package doesnt show up.

And they said they were sorry.....
