wearing PM

Hey All,
I'm a newbie here and decided to try the PM. I just got it a couple weeks ago. I been reading here and a couple other places. But I like the help everyone gives here. I never did any PE before, so I decided to just try the PM to see if it worked by itself. Tonight I read up on the exercises and how to do the newbie routine. Also the LOT thing. I figured my LOT and it is around 7:30. The LOT Theory was posted about 2 years ago. It seems everyone is still using that theory.

My questions are. In the last couple years, the LOT Theory is more taken as fact? More gains using the LOT Theory vs going against the Theory? The reason I ask is, I been using the PM in the down position. Seeming to be a better pull. By my LOT (7:30) I should wear it in the up position. Do you think I should quit wearing it down and only wear it up? Or switch up and down? My BPEL: 6, EG: 5

mp3 - the LOT theory is a hypothesis - it's an educated guess. It sounds good, reasonable, etc. However, it's a guess and that is all it is. Many have proven it pays to PE based on your LOT. Many more have proven you can gain without ever knowing a thing about LOT.

With that said, I wear the PM in every direction. It just depends on what I am doing. The amount of lig stretch you get is limited, in my opinion. I don't think it really matters. The PM seems to apply more pressure on the shaft as a whole, not the ligs necessarily. For me, if I can I like to wear it up. I've experienced more positive results in this direction, but that is just my experience. In the end it may not matter.

The PM alone is, in my opinion, a slow walk toward growth. However, wearing the PM after, for instance, doing the newbie routine, provides a great all day stretch. It keeps your pecker stretched to the length that your routine has taken it to. Before putting on the PM I think you will find it more beneficial to jelq or do manual stretches or even some type of squeeze/clamping.

Thanks for the advice Marty. I go on vacation in a couple weeks. I plan to just wear the PM till then and then take a week off, during vacation. After your reply and reading other people's routines. I might add the newbie routine when I get back. I was planning to start exercising at some point. I guess I was hoping for good resaults with just the PM for time reasons. I work 10-12 hours a day which doesn't leave much time for other stuff. I only get to wear the PM 2-3 hours a day. However, I am wanting to gain soon and as much as I can (the main reason most are here). So even at losing some time in the PM. Adding the newbie routine should make that much more of a difference? Thanks again!
