There are numerous other exercises you can do to increase size. In fact, it's almost encouraged. If you do the same exercises all of the time, your penis becomes accustomed to the stress being inflicted upon it and therefore, gains begin to slow or even stall.
Are you doing 3 part dry jelqs? What about squeezes? Uli, Horse 440? I highly recommend doing more than just the pj and the pm.
Yes, your gains should remain permanent so long as you keep up some type of maintenance only schedule going. Maybe doing PE 2-3 times per week as opposed to 5. If you quit all together and stop doing any PE, I've heard instances of guys falling victim to erectile dysfunction because the shock of suddenly stopping all PE is pretty traumatic on the little fellow. I can't verify this, it's just what I've heard.
If your content with what you've done, then start a maintenance only routine. Just food for thought. |
