| ff/medic's stats-progress Hello all,
Started JonPops routine this week and wanted to post my starting stats. I did some PE about a year or so ago. Looks and feels like I made some gains (didnt measure), but gave it up due to lack of time. Going to pursue it with dedication this time around. Plan on ordering PJ soon. Have to say Im really impressed with the forum so far.
LOT 6
FL 4 1/2
FG 4 1/4
EBPL 7 1/8
EG 5 1/8
Goals:
Shorterm 7.5X5.5
Longterm 8x6 (Isnt everyones?)
Any advice, especially on increasing girth is more than welcome. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the encouragement. Ive been reading up on the info posted here for awhile. You guys seems to have this down to a science. I'll be updating on here probably once a month. Measuring more often than that probably is just setting yourself up for dissapointment. As for the quote JP..came across that one the other day. Thought if fit pretty well for this. Thanks again... |

| ff/medic's progress tracking Well Im back. I started P.E a few months back but had to quit. Work, school, working out and living situation. Just never had time or privacy. Anyway things have changed now and Im happy to say after 2 week's of J.P's program Ive gained an 1/8 inch in length and girth. I know the gains wont continue like this but its definetly motivating. Its good to be back!
