Chris's Progress Report

Hi Groups,

mind if a chinese join? I'm 24 years old, chinese, Asian. I just found the jelq technique a few days ago and stated off jelqing yesterday. Not sure if my interpretation to the whole jelq thing is correct... :confused Oh ya, first thing first, my English is not really good and hope u all get what i'm trying to say. My member here is only 5 3/8" in lenght when erect and 4 1/8 in girth when erect. Wish to gain some length and girth through this exercise. Will be reporting on 12th of every month (my birthdate). Sorry for the poor english again, truly hope you guys dont mind.

Started off:
30MAY2005
E.Length = 5 3/8"
E.Girth = 4 1/8"


Goal:
E.Length = 7"
E.Girth = 5" (am I too greedy?)

Welcome Chris. Your English, while not perfect, isn't as bad as you may think it is. All of the moderators have seen worse from native speakers. Your goals are very attainable. Just ask whatever questions you may have.

Gee! Thanks guys for the warm welcome!

Ok, first question, can you guys just give me a rough idea how you all do the jelqing routine? (i mean warm-up for how long, jelq for how long....etc.) As I'm a bit confused with all the sources in the internet, wondering which is correct. Umm... I bet most of u all do suffer from one thing while starting the jelqing routine, right? FULLY ERECTED! how do u all overcome that problem?

I'm guessing that you haven't read JP's newbie routine yet.

Just wait for your erection to subside. Eventually you'll get used to jelqing and it won't be a problem.

Do read JP's newbie routine. All of your questions should be answered there. As for the erection during jelqing, it's very normal for the untrained penis to go into erection mode during jelqing. As Uber stated, just wait for the erection to subside and continue on.

Good day groups!

Just a few thoughts after I've stated my Jelqing routine.

1)I dont get the HARD erections during Jelqing anymore.(good sign)

2)After Jelqing I tend to feel my penis is not so energetic when it come to erection. (not so good sign)

3)I do about 300 ~ 400 kegal a day and sometimes the PC muscle feels a bit unconfortable .

4)After these few days of Jelqing routine, I can visibly see the veiny look on my shaft.

Do U guys have the same signs after doing the jelq?

BTW I did study the newbie routine.

Hey Chris! Since you were already welcomed here, I guess there's not much to say. Remember, pe does take time. There's no such thing as a "quick fix"- it takes time and dedication. If you are 100% dedicated, my friend you will see gains.

PE is a process that does take time. If you know that and accept it now, you'll be ok. Don't obssess on it as it can easily happen. Just put the required amount of time and you'll get your results. Patience with PE is a virtue my friend.

Jun 05 tracking report

hi guys!

I'm here to post my progress progress tracking. I started my PE session on 30 April 05 and measured yesturday for today's posting. Surprisingly found that i gained 1/8" on the girth. That's amazing and unbelievable, i did measure a few times and it's really now 4 1/4" in girth. The flaccid girth is now visibly thicker a bit, you can just feel it right, guys?

Looking forward for the next progress tracking post and thanks for the encouragements and supports to all you guys.

By the way, my daily routine is like warm-up for 8 minutes, perform the stretching execise, (50 wet jelqs + 30 V-jelqs ) for 4 sets and finally warm down for like 5 minutes or so. Basically is 5 days on 2 days off unless there is any special ocassion.
