I don't read the bible nor do I adhere to any of it EXCEPT for the basic principles to which it stands. Example: How many people in the US or around the world freaked out because according to what they read in Revelations, the world was going to aburptly end once the year 2000 rolled around? Well, here we are in 2005. My point is, not to believe everything you read. In biblical times, I'm sure women were submissive to men, but again, I urge you to take into context the way in which the bible was written and the time to which it was written. In biblical times, things were vastly different then they are today (at least here anyway).

I thought I might throw in another voice here, especially because I haven't had time to be on at all lately. (I apoligize for that, but recent and ongoing changes have needed my attention) In any case, I realize there are many, both guests and members, male and female, paying attention to this forum and thread in particular and the various topics involved. I'll start with Length v. Girth and go from there.

If you were to go back and read my posts, you'll notice I've waffled on which penis dimension I placed as my priority. Like many who've come to this site, I never thought about it before, I just knew I wasn't big enough. Now I don't feel I'm a bad or weak person, but I believe I have many shortcomings, various ways in which I could be better. I am the type of person who is motivated to improve myself when I know I can. Like many here I also watch my diet and exercise regularly, and when I want to improve my mind, especially when I have a question I want answered, I will (stubbornly at times) seek that answer. In that way, PE and this forum have helped me in many ways, answering questions and helping me change myself physically. Thus, knowing that I can improve both length and girth, and that niether is particularly enormous, the question I ask myself is not 'why get bigger?' in one or both dimensions, but 'if you can, how can you not do it?'

Now to a more specific answer about my penis itself. My erect base girth is 6 inches easy, and depending on my body fat I can push 6 and a quarter. Half way between my body and the base of glans I'm around 5.5. Just before the glans I'm 4 and change, and my glans itself, even when engorged by a ULI, isn't much more than four. To accomodate my base girth, I need a magnum size condom. Believe me, I was excited the first time I put on one of those puppies. But they are tapered in size at the base, with more room at the glans. I am built exactly opposite, and I worry about the condom not staying on. Therefore, if I can add girth to the end of my penis, and add length so my full girth can be felt further than an inch into a woman (or at all depending on position) that is what I want to do. Maybe it's instinct, who knows. But that doesn't mean there are purely base and selfish reasons alone, and while my words are failing me I hope those who read through this forum don't leave with the wrong impression.
