Welcome to Betterman Kamran. You are strongly advised to do JonPop's
newbie routine to completion until your penis is well conditioned. After that you can add some more advanced exercises, but not until then. The more advanced techniques tend to be rather stressful and aren't good for an unconditioned penis.
As for your question, everybody grows at a different rate but you'll probably notice better hang quite soon.
