23.5 ml here, by measuring, not comparing to the chart. I guess that's more or less average, no?

My balls also don't hang low enough for my desires, and I think it has gotten worse since PEing -- turkey neck and all. I have been working on trying to stretch the scrotum skin, I'll let you all know if I have any success.

You know, I bought a ball ring set months and months ago that I never tried using. It's essentially a system for stretching out your nuts. Eventually, if used regularly, you could have a huge set of low hangin' balls, sort of like what a male rat has.

I do not think that most men want a big penis and big balls firstly to impress women but because we ourselves like them and feel we are more manly and attractive with big genitals. We should grow up and be pleased with our manhood first for ourselves then to please women, who seem not to care too much about what we have.

Just because a guy wants bigger genitals does not mean he needs to "grow up". It's a natural male tendency to be competitive and want to be better.

Regarding Wanna 10Incher's sagging ball-sac, that is the whole idea of having one in the first place. Sperm cannot be developed at the normal body temperature but need a temperature of at least two degrees lower. So when the ambient temperature is hot the sac relaxes to bring the balls down away from the body, and vice versa, when it is cold the sac contracts to bring the balls into a warmer enviroment close to the crotch. It is interesting to notice that the skin of the sac is constantly in motion - a slow wavy motion- moving the little hairs out of place. This is why we have to scratch sometimes. If only women would understand!

OK, i measured using a metric ruler...

Mine are ~4.1 x ~2.8 = ~16.8

They should get bigger a couple of months after i finish my ProHormone cycle (they better...).

You did use a SERM or AI post cycle, correct?

Sikdogg is absolutely right. Besides, the testicles actually do get larger and you can feel the difference after a good pump session with both your hands and the way they sit in your scrotum. As always, don't overpump.

I'd love to try pumping my balls, but I don't dare risk it. I had one of my balls ruptured when I was a child, leaving me with only one. I don't know how fragile this one is, but with only one left, I can live with its roughly average size, as long as I get to keep it. If someone can find manual testical enlargement exercises though...

A little update on my boys:
2 1/4" long x 1 1/4" wide (1/8" longer, same width)

Converting to centimeters and calculating volume:
π/6 × 5.715 × 3.175² = 30.2mL

My point is that anybody who hasn't yet tried ball pumping really should look into it. I love it!

Does it hurt when you pump your nuts?? My only experience with it was when i pumped my penis and my balls got sucked up into the tube... didn't feel so good.

The testicles themselves don't ache unless you pump too hard or too long. I use a two-stage cylinder and that does cause some discomfort but it's manageable. The problem is that the scrotum is a continuous part of the abdomen below the diaphragm and by pumping it you are fighting against the diaphragm which moves upward (away from the testicles) when you breath. That tension can be a little uncomfortable, but if you've ever burped, farted, and sneezed all at the same time it's just a much milder version of that pain. It doesn't hurt anywhere close to that much if you know what I'm talking about.

My spermogram? As long as the blood supply to the testicles isn't completely cut off or interrupted for great lengths of time then I would say they should be fine. I never pump my balls for longer than 30 minutes total and I like to divide that up into 3 10-minute segments during which I can massage them. You wouldn't want to leave your penis in the tube for too long and your testicles are no different.

When I do my ball pumping I use a 2-stage cylinder like the one below. It allows you to pump both the penis and balls at the same time. You can buy some excellent pumps and cylinders from this website. They're not cheap, but if you want to take this seriously you have to be ready to put down the dough and buy quality.
