My point is that looking like a bigot is almost as bad as actually being one.

I just so had the misfortune of of getting hooked to my garbage truck seat. Yeah, I was slide out of the truck when i heard and felt this big RIP! See the driverside seat is lil worst for wear and the springs are exposed, well to make a long story short, so was my underwear. My co-working had to unhook me. Maybe i should have been wearing victoria secret.

Fags don't wear women's panties. Drag queens may, but that is like a Halloween costume, and it's not sexually gratifying. A transgender or transsexual, or even straight man would be someone who did that. C'mon, using the word 'fag' in this day and age makes you look like an ignorant bigot.

Why? The word 'fag' was created to demean and insult a man who was either homosexual or appeared to be homosexual due to his feminine mannerisms. The word is used when a homosexual is talking about, or talking to, another homosexual. It is often used in the same context as African-Americans have been known to use the 'n-word' amongst one another.

It has been a trend for socially repressed minority populations, like African-Americans and homosexuals, to re-claim such words of hate and bigotry, and to use them as terms of endearment in order to facilitate camaraderie amongst friends within the same minority population.

If you use the slang of a minority population (of which you are not), that has been used to oppress this population, you risk appearing to do just that. This can damage your integrity, especially in the eyes of those who witness your mistake. You end up looking like an ass, and others will begin to think of you as an ignorant bigot, whether you realize this or not.

Instead of fag, try using 'gay' when referring to a man, or 'lesbian' when referring to a woman. Or, better yet, how about addressing this person by their name. It works wonders.

A note to the individuals who moderate this forum. 'fag' is synonymous with 'the n-word' in the eyes of the people that it is directed to. It is just as offensive. Be aware of this, if you are not already. OR, is it ok to use the word 'nigger' as a possible answer to a poll question?? I didn't think so either.

I've been here for awhile, just reading threads, and checking things out. Haven't posted anything though. I've taken the routines, and advice, and my own knowledge [I have my masters in nursing] and used them for my PE routine. Thanks to all you guys for your help, and encouragement.

I've been at it (PE) for about 4 months now. I started PE in September 2006. I started with a nice newbie routine for the first month, moved up to an intermediate routine for another month, and have been doing an advanced routine since then. Lots of jelqs, Ulis, Horse 440s, and my results are here for all to see. My routine, I often will mix up and add variety, sometimes I'll clamp or change my routine around a bit, but "generally speaking" its;
200 Jelqs
10 Ulis
10 Horse 440s

I've gained about 1/2 inch in both length and girth, Going from 6.75" long to 7.3125" long. My girth has increased from 4.8125" to 5.375". I'm still going at it. My goal, which I hope to reach by September 2007, is 5.75" in girth. Since I've found that length is easier to achieve than girth, my length by then will probably be around 8" or so.

I should also mention, I've been on SizePro pills since I've started. Also, I've been supplementing my diet with protein (I eat about 2100 calories/day, which includes 200 grams of protein), multivitimins, fish oil, and Vitamin E 400IU/day. I'm a registered nurse, and proper diet is KEY to allowing tissue to grow and regenerate. I think my gains have have been due in part to a healthy diet. I also work out 6 days/week. I alternate 3days cardio with 3 days of heavy weight lifting. I've lost 20 lbs of fat since September. Hopefully, I'll have a six pack AND an 8" dick by summertime.

I think that anything that increases blood flow to the penis is beneficial to your PE routine. Considering the blood is the primary method the body uses to distribute nutrients and other things in order for tissue to heal. Increase fresh blood flow = increase tissue growth/health.

If your already on a 'statin' drug, like Lipitor or Crestor, to lower your cholesterol, taking Niacin along with this drug can extensively increase its benefits. In some cases, Niacin works better than your 'statin' drug. Just make sure your taking the 500 -1000 mg dose every day. Best part. Its in every drug store and is very inexpensive. I think it benefits your efforts with PE. If not, it certainly can't hurt you.

Sorry for rambling on. Being a RN, and knowing as much as I do about health and the body. I find it hard NOT to pass on good information.
