| New to the board, not to pumping. This is my first post EVER at a site like this, I decided to join in and contribute for reasons unknown, mabyee just because I hate to see people make the same mistakes I did.
I started pumping 4 1/2 years ago, alot at the beginning, less in the middle and now I have slowed to a maitence pace. After being trashed by my X-wife for an average noodle I was looking for anything that would help. This was it. When I was 17 years old I remember measureing 7 inches but at 35 and carrying almost 80 pounds of extra weight I lost an 1 1/2". I never really noticed it had shrunk to 5 1/2 " over 18 years, it was just normal to me. But my X was one who told it like it was and made sure to point it out to me time and time again. That is the reason she is my X. I just could not take it. Before I called it quits with her I turned to pumping, I pumped like it was crack cocaine, every day sometimes 2-3 times a day, hrs at a time, for god sakes I use to wake up an hour early just to pump. I did it all and it did not take long for it to all come crashing down. I turned it almost black and it hurt so bad I could not wear jeans for days, then just as it would feel better I would go at it again, bruzes, red splotches, pain and ~~shrivled~~. That feeling of seeing it the size of a coke can was amazing. Yes I was "packing" the tube daily. all this lead to a very big disappointment for me, my reign of terror on her twat was over. I left it alone for 4-5 months and started back again, this time ~~slowly~~~. Now I have seen very good progress and it is a routine that I can live with. I have lost 40 pounds and got 1 1/4 in length back, now I am at 6 3/4, I think just from weight loss and I hope to loose more weight, I am at 221 lbs and 6ft tall right now.
Ok heres the pumping tips I have some you may know about other you may not.
I'm sorry for not using the correct terminology but I will try my best to explain it.
When pumping you will first swell the bladders inside the penis to its max, once full and stretched then fluid will begin to collect under the skin ,once you have reached this point you are doing NOTHING but stretching the skin. Your new spongy member will be there for a couple of hours or a day until you body disposes of the extra fluids.
Pumping at high pressures will increase this rate of fluid build up and decrease the actual time you need to be spending with the bladders inside expanded. Why? Because you will have to quit sooner, you can burst veins, and bring blood to the surface causing red blisters.
Once you put the hurtin on your weenie it will never be the same, it will be much harder to see gains, mine has never gotten back to completely normal.
A pressure that is good for one is not always good for another, you may need more or less, but NEVER go to pain, NEVER, pain is saying there is something wrong!!
I work in the sun and sometimes get deyhdrated, this will hurt your pumping, it will make it very hard for you to see gains, I pump better, quicker and with less pressure in the winter when I am well hydrated, the same goes for alcohol the more dehydrated you get the harder it will be to hit your daily goal.
Stay off the pain pills, advil and like pills will deal with this "inflamation" from pumping very quickly, it will drasticly cut down on ypur hang time between pumping.
If you want to see gains in the long run with the least amount of effort find a time and a pressure that will get you to the point just where fluid starts to build up under the skin and quit for the day. For me this is 10-13mins at a pressure of 7. Remember lower pressures and longer times are better. But always stop when you see swelling(fluid). If you stop at this point it may not be as impressive but you will be in good shape to pump again the next day. And consistancy is the key.
Try to pump 4-6 times a week, once a day. Always give yourself a break.
When I started pumping to make it simple I would use a toilet paper roll to measure, it would not touch the sides of a toilet paper roll soft and barely touch hard, now even if I take a few weeks off there is no way of getting it in there soft and hard well lets just say it aint going to happen. I went on a 3 week vacation recently and this is how I judged it, I never saw a decrease in girth. Anything that is still there after that long is perment enough for me.
I do not think the pump has given me any length gains, I think I only reclaimed what I already had by weight loss.
