Congratulations on your results! There's nothing like the feeling of seeing a new measurement you haven't reached before. Even better is when you wake up with a hard-on, and when you grab it you are shocked because it feels so much bigger than it ever did.

Thanks for the encouragement pleaser! Im glad i joined Betterman, its a great feeling to know there are guys out there willing to support other guys with there PE'ing.

Yea, I dont think my goals are too outrageous, I'm realistic, not everyone can get JP's gains lol.

Well my routine as of lately is 4 days on, and 3 days off. I have a pretty hectic schedule right now, but I try to do it as often as I can. It consists of:
3-5 min warmup (microwaved bowl of water and wash cloth)
5 mins of stretching: 1 min down, rest, 1 min left, rest, 1 min right, rest, 1 min up with fulcrum pressing, rest, then a clockwise stretch for min or so. I just starting the 1 min stretching last night. and the rest consists of heli shakes and thigh slapping to re-circulate the blood. also with my stretching I've been using my wash cloth, while it is still damp, as way to keep a good grip of my glans, and it helps me get a great stretch with less effort, since it prevents slippage.
200-300 wet jelqs: with every 50 jelqs or so I do some heli shakes for re-circulation. also with the jelqing when I start getting a full erection, thats when I like to incorporate my Ulis, Horse squeezes, bends and/or 20-30 kegals. Until my full erection subsides, then I do some heli shakes, and continue to jelq.
warm down: i take a hot shower and massage my penis and do some light stretching with the shower head pointed right at my penis.
How does that sound, do you have any suggestions on improving my work out?

You're routine sounds terrific. As time goes by and you get more used to the PE regimen, you can incorporate other forms of PE and/or devices (the PJ). Good luck and keep at it.

Thanks 10. I was thinking about ordering the PJ soon. I think I'm ready for it, since I've been doing jelqing for more than 6 weeks. I also need to get a hold of JP's supplement suggestions. I'm probably going to hit up GNC this weekend. I do plan on keeping at it, Im trying to get up to yal's status, Im only 23, 24 next week. so hopefully by 24 1/2-25 I'll will have that CUCUMBER COCK that I want! and most of you moderators have : P lol.

I can't recommend the PJ highly enough! Works girth beautifully. I have had GREAT results from it's usage. I love it. Give it a go man! Be careful though, it exerts more pressure on your manhood than normal hand jelqing generates, so expect some blood spots on the glans. Let us know how you come along.

I forgot to mention earlier, that I also Kegal throughout the day, on my non busy days (when I can remember to do them) I do about 300-400. The contractions are getting easier to do, so I have been throwing in some of the more adavanced PC muscle workout.

Hey all. I was doing my excercises last night, and decided to do a little more stretching than normal, like an extra minute in each direction. I got a great stretch! My BPEL was an 1/8 inch longer! As I was doing my girth routine though, I noticed that my girth was a little thinner than normal! i was just wondering if this is normal? Has anyone else expericenced this problem? Any comments on this subject would be appreciated! Thanks in advance!

The increase in length and decrease in girth you experienced is only temporary. If you measured right now I'd bet $1000 you'd be back at your normal stats. The good thing is that you can take that increase in length as a sign of encouragement of what your penis may soon grow to. Don't worry about the decrease in girth because over the long haul gains are permanent. Your penis doesn't just "throw away" tissue cells.

Thanks for the response Uber. Yeah I didnt want the gain I did manage to get in girth to be lost due to the small increase in length lol.

Do you think think I should kinda be more focused on a certain aspect of PE, such as more focus on length one workout, then focus more on girth the next. Because I couldnt seem to get that "good" pump in my girth routine, like I normally do. Any advice would be welcomed.

I myself have always done more girth work than length. I was hanging for awhile but got bored with it and stopped. I do stretch now but as much as I should. I've been using the PJ religiously for 8 months now and I swear, that sucker has given me length gains.

My point here is I work both girth and length simultaneously. Some guys focus on girth or length depending on what goal they're trying to obtain. It really doesn't matter which way you approach it, all that matters is that you remain consistent and get your routine in. If your scheduled for a girth workout and your dick just doesn't want to cooperate, stretch instead. You can stretch as much as you want without problem. It's girth that can easily be overworked. Just my thoughts.

Thanks for the input 10. Stretching does seem you can do it ANY day. Girth workouts seem to have GOOD days and bad days to do them. I guess its pretty much a toss up. I might stick with my routine as it was. Then a few weeks from now, I'll try the "every other day" routine. To keep my PENIS surprised lol.

Also I was thinking about getting some NO2 pills. I was given a book from a friend called 21 day transformation, or something like that. Towards the end of the book it talks about the added benefits taking the pills will have on your body. It says it has a "viagra effect", its like "an on call Viagra".

My question is. Do you think or know, if or will, taking these pills (that help increase blood flow) help Me with making gains with PE'ing?

The past 2-3 days I have had some great workouts! But due to those great workouts, I think I overworked my dick. My erections are not as solid as they usually are. today and tomorrow are my off days. Hopefully by Sunday they will be back to normal. Has anyone else had this problem?

On another note; I used to measure like every two or three days, but I havent measured in 2-3 weeks. My dick feels like its a little bigger, especially these past few days!!! After my workouts. So next week I'm going to measure, hopefully........I will see gains! I'll keep ya'll informed.

I used to see a definite weakness in my erections toward the end of my 5 day cycle of exercise. It took the two days off to get back to normal. It seems to be less of a problem for me lately, I don't know why.

When Summer '05 kicked off, I was doing girth everyday of the week. What was weird was I had a rock solid erection every one of those days. So, I just did my routine. Before I knew it, 2 solid weeks had gone by and I never took a day off. Didn't care to.

I'm now taking every 3rd day off. I came to the conclusion that although my dick was solid every one of those days and continues to be, even it needs a day off.

Well people I finally purchased JP's recommened supplements on Friday night. Soon as I bought them I popped them in. Well the next morning I woke up with a ROCK hard erection! So I think I found the reason why my erection had lost some hardness, I was not getting good blood flow. That L-Arginine is some GOOD stuff. I took a 500 mg pill with the rest of the supplements when I ate breakfast that morning. I could tell that I was getting more HARD erections through out the day lol.

I read somewhere on another site, that if you plan on any sexual encounter, you should take a 1000 mg a couple hours prior. I had a date with my girlfriend on Sat., so before I left to pick her up, I took 1000 mg more.

We stopped by a party at my softball coaches house, and had 3 shots. Then we went to a friends house and hung out for awhile, while there the shots were really kicking in and my girl was like "I want you bad!" W4more. Nooooo, this not good. L-Arginine is not Viagra and is not to be used for this purpose. The supplements are to be used in conjunction with a well designed PE routine and as an overall boost to the health of your body.
L-Arginine in a very fragile amino acid, that can be destroyed by alcohol.
Also, if you take too much, especially untill your system builds a tolarance for it, you can get the runs. My recommendations:

To start; Since you are useing the capsules, take 1 500mg of L-Arginine, 1 500mg tablet of L-Lysene with a full glass of orange juce first thing in the morning, before eating. Wait about 30 minutes and then have something to eat. You can be doing your PE exercises in the mean time. After eating, take Your zinc, super B complex and Multi vitamin. These are what your body needs to build healthy cells and will help you get your desired gains.
If you stay on this regimine for 90 days, you will see an overall improvement in your health and erectile function. JP

Ohhhhhhhh! Thanks for the advice JP! I guess I got overly excited with this stuff lol!! pun intended. I'm not trying to get the runs! lol I only took 1500mg Sat. I didnt plan on making that my usual intake.


You have more experience with this than me, I'm going to take your advice! Thanks for the information. And the routine I could follow for my supplement intake.

Also; I havent been drinking like that for awhile. I just happen to be in the mood since My girl and Me dont really get a chance to go out and have a few drinks together, since She has a daughter. I've cut back on the drinking for personal reason, one including better health! Also I want better PENIS health!! Since I can have more fun with my penis than with alcohol. lol
