| I take about 3000 grams of Lecithin (soy based) a day and I think it helps keep the volume up... or at least it's supposed to.
As far as the little movie of uber goes....How about a few more?? I'm thinkin' this would be great to show the lads how to "V" jelq or 3 part dry jelqs. This could really help the newbies and clear up a lot of confusion on how some techniques are done and keep them from eventually being abandoned. | |

| I have found that drinking a lot of orange juice seems to help. I made that video after only two days abstinence.
As for more videos, I would love to help do that but I'm in a bit of a bind right now. I'm stuck using some really old computers at this university in Germany so it's not technically possible. I'll be happy to make some when I get back to America though. I'm afraid to say though that even I don't completely understand JP's three part dries.

What are the recommended doses for L argine, L lysine, zinc, ect.
Also If I take a multi that contains zince and is high in B's is it necessary to take them again?
I would get both L argine and L lysine b/c I don't believe mutlis normally contain them.
Also, is a manufacturer like puritians pride a fine place to go for them?

HELP! | The Newbie Routine sets it out pretty well. Read that. If your multivitamin contains zinc and B vitamins, then it probably isn't necessary to take extra. Check out this Word file I made. It sums up what I take.

| I found this abstract on PubMed. Unfortunately, the entire article isn't available online as far as I can tell. That's not surprising when you consider that it was published in 1989.
