I would say that you can start to notice a difference within 24-48 hours. The longer you stick with it, the closer you'll come to reaching your potential.

| I'm surprised no one has mentioned the use of Maca and Fenugreek for increasing the size of their load. While I'm just N=1, I've found many individuals on many training sites I go to experience the same thing: a much larger load.
