| I drink around 2 gallons of water a day and my amounts of ejaculation still vary. I drink so much because of my training, diet and body weight. I have been so dehydrated from liquoring for days and still soak females down so I think water helps it is not the magic ingredient in large "loads". Water is very important and the more the better. If you go to any anti-aging clinic one of the first things is continual water/hydration. | |

| Let me start by saying that I've enjoyed reading many of the posts on this forum over the last few months. I just felt that I needed to join and throw my two cents into this conversation.
I have been drinking nearly 2 gallons of water a day since I was about 16, and I will be 31 this December. I think the main thing to remember about water intoxication is time. Water intoxication is too much water in too short a time span.
I think my amount of water intake helps me appear younger. I decided to go back to school to finish my bachelors and try to get into the Physician's Assistant program. The kids all think that I am a typical student not far out of high school unless I tell them my age.
Recently I had a full lab workup done to see if there were any problems I needed to address or any preventative measures I needed to take. Other than a slightly higher free testosterone count than the doctor normally sees in men over 25, all tests were perfect. The doctor told me I really don't need to worry about the testosterone level as it is within the acceptable range.
(The higher free testosterone is probably due to my increased fitness program, diet, and supplementation. I've lost about thirty-three pounds since May 14th.)
One thing I don't do is drink straight from the tap. I drink filtered water for the most part. I don't know if drinking straight from the tap would have changed my tests that much, but I also don't think ingesting even the small amounts of chemicals they put in the water is a good thing. | |

| This question has been coming across forums ever since I've been on them (3yrs) and nobody has ever had an answer. There have been lots of advice, testimonials and bro-telligence about zinc, lecithin, water, herbs, egg whites blah, blah, blah and it will keep going on.
In all my experience and readings only one thing works 100%..HORMONES!! I'm not talking steroids or HGH or anything like that. About 2 weeks ago I have ummm a freind  ....who took clomid for 5 days to kick start his nuts back until his Hcg had arrived. He  was having sex with a female freind and decided to make a little mess on her tum-tum, well it blew well over her head and left a large puddle down her chest and stomch, a small lake in fact. She was laughing and astonished at the distance and amount. | |

| Clomid takes longer than five days to have any real effect, and it's real benefit is for men who've had testicular shrinkage from steroid cycles. I imagine it was something else that increased his ejaculate. | |

| I drink anywhere from 1-2 gallons a day and think it is one of the best things for the human body. I also try and have a fair amount of protein each day (I'm not sure how much I consume each day, but its over 100). I always have either a glass of ice water nearby or just a regular bottle of water that I freeze about 1/2 inch of water on the bottom to keep it nice and cold. Sometimes I'll drop a half of one of the Propel packs in there, just to give it some taste too.
If you're up for 16hrs each day and drink one 8oz glass of water/fluid each hour, I think that's pretty good. Of course during workouts, cutting my damn grass, etc. I usually have more than that, but you get the point. Now beer is in a whole other category! :-) | |
