| I have just seen on another site. Its a question and answer thing with a Doctor. He was asked several times about how to increase your load. He suggest taking Fish oil. Have you heard of this Uber?

| Hey... I take fish oil... but how much is recommended??? I already take arginine (1 day - 500mg and 1 day - 1g). 50mg of Zinc but no Lysine or multi vitamins. Do you really recommend taking Lysine? Im going to include the multi vitamins but apart from that, I dont know if I should take Lysine... By the way CUMSHOOTR I think 100mg of zinc is a lot isnt it?? | |

| L-Lysine is an essential amino acid that can't be manufactured by the body. It assists in calcium absorbtion and maintaining the correct nitrogen balance in the body. Why take the supplements one by one when we can buy something like semenax.. I have not tried it yet but thinking about it.
Some people say that its cheaper to buy seperate supplements.
But if semenax really has all the ingredients it says it has ,somebody would need way more than 50$ a month for all the supplements...Right?
Also has somebody tried semenax and volumepills at the same time.As both have different ingredients, Volumepills has some weird herb names...who knows... | |

| I think that it's best to buy the supplements recommended in my "Newbie Routine" These are all your body needs, to, along with a structured PE program, grow yourself a larger penis. After all, isn't that why you are here?
Don't waste you money on high priced pills.
