| The juice to be used is a personal preference. It's the natural sugars in the juice that aid in semen production. When I drink a couple of glasses in a day, I notice a difference in the evening.

| i have a quick question. for the past few days i've been reading this thread. so yeseterday i went and got 100mg of zinc, 1000mg of l-arginine, and a big ass bunch of celery.
i've been throwing up, and having an upset stomach every since. this is only day two, and i'm about to give up. this morning, i took both pills as soon as i got up before my shower. by the time i left the house heading to work, i was throwing up and had the bubble guts. then i stopped at McDonalds and grabbed a biscuit, but threw that up 20 minutes later. can anyone tell me what im doing wrong.

thanks | You need to be eating REAL food when taking these supplements. Zinc is very hard on your stomach and if all your eating is celery with it??? Dude, you may as well be taking them with water.
Eat a HIGH QUALITY meal first, THEN take the zinc and see what happens. Or perhaps you had a case of the stomach flu??
