So here is my question.
Why take the supplements one by one when we can buy something like semenax.. I have not tried it yet but thinking about it.
Some people say that its cheaper to buy seperate supplements.
But if semenax really has all the ingredients it says it has ,somebody would need way more than 50$ a month for all the supplements...Right?
Also has somebody tried semenax and volumepills at the same time.As both have different ingredients, Volumepills has some weird herb names...who knows...
Semenax does not work bro I tried it. Its just appealing because its easy. I have been taking the sups recomended by Uber and JP and its working great! takes a couple weeks but I am shooting ropes now.... not exactly peter north but a hell of alot more than I ever did before. But to be honest I do not go a day without blowing a load so the whole abstaining part is not in my regiment. My girlfriend is back in town on friday so Im thinking about building a stockpile this week to see if there is a huge difference. Oh and Uber how much juice should I be drinking? And which do you think is better OJ or pineapple? I have been drinking 2 glasses of both a day.

I tried semenax. Total waste of money, and I’ve never seen a positive comment about it on this forum. Never heard of volumepills, but probably no different.
The juice to be used is a personal preference. It's the natural sugars in the juice that aid in semen production. When I drink a couple of glasses in a day, I notice a difference in the evening.
