|  How to Cum Like a Porn Star
Here is something every guy would like to do. I have made a list of things any guy can do to increase his volume and force of ejaculation. Now you can give your partner those really messy cum shots that splash all over the place. Quote: - Abstain from ejaculation for at least a day, preferably two. (ABSTENTION)

This can add to your distance tremendously if you get good at it, but it can be tricky since you really have to be in tune with your PC to get the timing right. I frequently get a range of about 4 feet when I do this. (FORCE)
- Drink plenty of water throughout the day. (REHYDRATE)
- Remember to edge. Edging is the act of getting almost to the point of orgasm and then stopping all stimulation before orgasm occurs. Try doing this several times. (EDGING)
- Try to make stimulation last for as long as you can before you just have to cum. I have had my best ejaculations when I last at least half an hour and even more. (DURATION)

| I would like to prove that this works and I have a video of myself doing my best Peter North impression, but I have a couple of problems. The file size limit for videos is only 2.00 MB and my video is nearly 6.00 MB. Can you help with this Rob? Also, I'm not using my usual computer where I have the file stored and may not be able to post it until as late as September.  EDIT: See post #31.

| You can also take Sarsaparilla. It's an herb that has specific antioxidants that go straight to the penis! I have been taking it and my PE workouts have gotten better and during/after Ulis I don't feel sore inside anymore. Other herbs that raise the load are Ginseng and MACA. I haven't tried MACA yet, but I have read that it is realy good at increasing free testoterone and lowering DHT and inhibiting prolactin in the body. IF interested go to Swanson vitamins.
