The right way to wear it

Hi guys I have just a simple question for you : I used to wear my PM for two hours per day with the maximum tension but it seem it doesn't work so much. So do do you think it's better to wear it maybe for five hours per day but with a a middle tension (surely more confortable)?????

I would wear it as long as it's comfortable for you and doesn't cause you any discomfort or pain. Remember, pain is bad. Also keep in mind, if you choose to wear it 5 hours per day, remember to give the little guy a break and take it out of the pm for a good 15-30 minute stretch. Make sure you're massaging it also to restore blood flow.

Mid level of tension sounds fine. Remember, you don't want pain.

The instructions that came with your Penimaster very clearly state the best way to approach this.

PE is a long, slow process. Trying to push to hard or too fast can lead to injury.

Sorry I forgot to tell you that my PM is a selfmade one, so since I don't have an owner's manual that's why I'm asking that to you. Any other suggestions by PM owners?

Kudos to you for creating your own ADS! Maybe you could post a picture as inspiration for others to build their own buying one isn't an option!

I would suggest a good warm up & manual streching before applying any ADS. Whenever possible, I apply heat during my ADS session. This helps keep things loose and allows things to stretch nicely throughout the session.

Regarding tension, you should start with a light tension. When using the PM, I keep it at a relatively light tension until I don't feel any tension (I have stretched or the device has worked its way down into my fat pad). Then I adjust the tension bars out until I feel that light tension again. I usually do this for 10-15 hours a day.

Once you have been using the device for a few months and your penis becomes conditioned you can try a short session with higher tension (super-set). I will do a "super-set" usually towards the end of the night. I will increase tension until I feel stronger pull and let it pull Straight Out for 5-15 minutes, depending on the feel. There should NEVER be any pain during the session.

Remember that each person is different and responds to exercises at different rates. I have never experienced quick initial gains that some call "newbie" gains.

I actually gained 1/8" in length using ONLY the PM in a few months. I had to take time off due to an injury and lost the gains which I am trying to re-gain.

Like I mentioned, people react differently to different types of exercise. I've read posts of guys gaining substantial length using the PM on a regular basis. The key to PE is to find what works for you and do it.

Good luck and why not post pictures of your home-made ADS to inspire others?

Sorry to hear you don't think PM works for you - and as everyone knows, we all react differently to different methods - but the PM works for me, and using it as part of a routine that includes jelq's, pumping and some hanging, I've gained an inch in length in 4 months. May I suggest you try a combination of activities and keep a log of what you do - I find that my record keeping serves as a spur to make sure I don't reduce effort. With my PM, I usually manage an hour or so with comfort and then have to unwrap, massage, and re-attach - this way I can get loads of hours in, which seems to be the secret of the PM device. (I try and average 6 hours a day)
I am a little concerned by comments from GRX that he lost his gains - I have always understood that gains from the PM are permanent! No doubt other memebers can comment on this if they wish

I've read on different PE sites from numbers of guys that gains can be lost over time if PE is stopped completely. One of the keys to keeping gains permanent is to at least perform some type of "maintenance" PE program. This could be as simple as some stretches and jelqs to keep what you've gained.

I've also heard people talk about "cementing" gains, thus making them more permanent.

Do some searching on these two terms for more information.

Hi Rich thank you for your comments. Honestly I started doing jelq and PM : 200 jelq repetitions then PM for an hour, all of that two times per day. But jelq caused me dark skin and since I don't know how to solve that problem I decided to stop jelquing. So now I only wear PM but 5 hours per day with less tension. Maybe the trick is there : better to have less tension for more hours than a very strong tension for a little amount of time. However I just don't konw how you guys have so much time to spend with PE!!!! :-)
So do you think my new routine xould work???

According to the blurb that comes with the PM, the device alone should be enough to give you the results you are looking for; I do a combination of exercises simply because I'm too impatient and want to do everything possible for quick growth.

Sorry I can't explain why you have dark skin from jelqing - the only time my skin ever went dark is when i only had a pump for pe. I had great short term results but if I didn't pump for a while I'd shrink back to "normal" but the excess skin I had created took longer to reduce and the effect was my old man looked dark! Maybe your skin growth is good, but ligaments etc are a bit behind?

As for weraing the pm for long times, 10 hit the nail on the head - no matter how long I wear it, comfort takes priority and the moment it feels like there is anything wrong I take it off, have a gentle massage and start again. With baggy trousers - and a wallet in your pocket - you should be able to wear the pm as you go about your everyday business

Everyone has slightly different routines; if you are comfortable with yours, go with it; progress differs from one person to another but time and persistence with the pm should give you the results you are looking for

Try to wear your PM at least 3 hours per day. Some people can wear it longer than that. That's fine, but to get good results, you need to wear it everyday. I've found that when I wear it for more than 3 hours per day, I get too sore to wear it everyday. It's the everyday part that most of us have trouble with.

I do find it a lot easier wearing my P M to bed instead of trying to wear it during the day I find it a lot easier wearing it to bed with a light tension and it is very comfortable you do learn how to sleep with it on I wear it for seven hours while I am sleeping and when you get up then take it off and give the little follow a good massage then you are right for the day and next evening you pop it on and go again during the day I found there was to many activites I did wearing PM was to difficault wearing it to bed is a lot easier
