bigman07's progress!

Hey all!
I just wanted to start out and say betterman is a bad*** site, and I am grateful to jonpop for his commitment in making betterman what it is today! I've actually been a member of this forum for about a year now, but because I was in a dorm room at college, I haven't been able to start on a regular routine. I ordered the pj and have been using it for the past couple of weeks. I made sure my member was conditioned before incorporating the pj, but I need some advice on exercises and programs. Anyways, I am pumped that I will have the time to elongate my mate, and I'll be sticken around for a while! Here's my starting stats(not to different from when I began because of my on and off schedule)

fbpl: 4.25”
fnbpl: 4”
ebpl: 6.5"
enbpl: 6-6.25"
erect base girth: 4.75-5”
erect mid shaft girth: 4.75-5”
erect head girth: 5”

These measurements might not be fully accurate since I worked out earlier today and had a hard time keeping my shlong long, but they should be close. I’ll be posting regularly on my progress, and I’ll be grateful for any input you guys have. See everyone in 3 inches!

My LOT is 6 o'clock. I've been only stretching upward, right and left, and out in my workouts, but I occasionally stretch down in fear that not stretching down will hinder my gains. I guess I know what the LOT stretch theory is suggesting I do, but I'm not clear on the reasoning behind it. Anyways, thanks a lot for the quick reply Incubus! I'm open to any suggestions you may have, and I'll be updating my progress regularly!

Glad to have you back with us. Keep in mind brother that the LOT theory is just that, a theory. You should absolutely stretch downward as you may be getting some gains there too. My LOT is about 8, so I also stretch down, just for good measure (yeah, pun was intended).

Your starting stats are very good and your goals are even better. Stick with Betterman and stay focused and faithful with the workouts and you'll get there but remember that it takes time, nothing happens overnight (damn it! LOL)

Bigman07, good luck friend! I guess there's nothing really left to say except LOT is just a theory. I myself can't seem to figure out my LOT, so I just stretch in all the major directions.

Good one 10incher! Thanks for the advice guys, and I have taken note that it is just a theory. I guess I'll be implementing some downward stretching into my routine now. Once again, thanks for the advice and I'll keep you all posted on my progress!

bigman07's routine and progress!

Hey all! I've been only able to read for the past couple of weeks because I've been dealing with the move back to college, getting a decent job, etc. I have made time to experiment with several different exercises, and from this, I have formulated a workout that seems to be working well. I guess since I have not posted my routine yet, I will let you all know what I've been up to and my routines progress. My initial workout, I performed for the first two weeks, consisted of JP's newbie routine as a warm-up, stretching with the pj, and then pj jelqs followed by hands jelqs. After a couple of weeks, I did have noticeable gains of about 1/8th of an inch in length and girth. The following Monday I experimented with hand stretching with latex gloves, and because of the definite superiority to my previous stretching routine, I decided to take the pj stretching totally out of my routine. The third week’s workouts went very well, and it seemed as though I could feel my member growing in length and girth in the duration of every workout. In the fourth week of my PE, I decided to research and experiment with all the acclaimed techniques on betterman. I also ordered and received the PM and a pump during this week, but I have only started to incorporate both of these items at the end of this past week, in PEing. Anyways, after trying several different exercises and techniques, I found this workout to be the most effective for my member. Here it is!
(I had been performing PE and conditioned my member prior to performing any of the routines I’ve listed in this post)

Length
JP's newbie routine to warm-up
Manual stretching with gloves
JP's newbie routine (more intense with gloves and normally two hands)
A-stretches
V-stretches
DLD Blaster
JAI stretch (stretch from thundersplace)
Girth
Different techniques of manual jelqing intertwined with pj
Pumping (10-20 minutes)
Manual and pj jelqing
Pumping
Manual and pj jelqing
I then finish my workout with a set of wearing the PM 30 to 45 minutes

This workout normally lasts around 2 hours. While this routine seems to be effective, I have not perfected it, and I'm open to any suggestions anyone might have on improving it. What ways can I better incorporate the PM, and what ways can I improve my length and girth routines while maintaining or cutting down the time frame? Anyways, I’m excited for next months improvements, and here are my new stats!

Start of advanced PE techniques 07-06-2005
fbpl: 4.25”
fnbpl: 4”
ebpl: 6.5"
enbpl: 6-6.25"
erect base girth: 4.75-5”
erect mid shaft girth: 4.75-5”
erect head girth: 5”

07-31-2005
ebpl: 6.75”
enbpl: 6.33-6.5”
erect base girth: 5”
erect mid shaft girth: 5”
erect head girth: 5-5.25”

I am very pleased with all these gains, and although I know it’s going to get a lot harder to gain in the future, it would be nice if I could keep this up the next couple of months! I’ll keep you all posted on my future gains!
