Hey all! I've been only able to read for the past couple of weeks because I've been dealing with the move back to college, getting a decent job, etc. I have made time to experiment with several different exercises, and from this, I have formulated a workout that seems to be working well. I guess since I have not posted my routine yet, I will let you all know what I've been up to and my routines progress. My initial workout, I performed for the first two weeks, consisted of JP's newbie routine as a warm-up, stretching with the pj, and then pj jelqs followed by hands jelqs. After a couple of weeks, I did have noticeable gains of about 1/8th of an inch in length and girth. The following Monday I experimented with hand stretching with latex gloves, and because of the definite superiority to my previous stretching routine, I decided to take the pj stretching totally out of my routine. The third week’s workouts went very well, and it seemed as though I could feel my member growing in length and girth in the duration of every workout. In the fourth week of my PE, I decided to research and experiment with all the acclaimed techniques on betterman. I also ordered and received the PM and a pump during this week, but I have only started to incorporate both of these items at the end of this past week, in PEing. Anyways, after trying several different exercises and techniques, I found this workout to be the most effective for my member. Here it is!

This workout normally lasts around 2 hours. While this routine seems to be effective, I have not perfected it, and I'm open to any suggestions anyone might have on improving it. What ways can I better incorporate the PM, and what ways can I improve my length and girth routines while maintaining or cutting down the time frame? Anyways, I’m excited for next months improvements, and here are my new stats!
