Suggestions on a good workout sequence for the PJ

Hey all!
I've been incorporating the PJ in my routine for a couple of weeks now, and I can definitely attest to its effectiveness. However, I'm using the websites workout now, and while I can see and feel the results, I feel it's time to change up my workout in order to further my progress. In using the PJ, what length exercizes, girth excersizes, and/or workout sequences have you all found to be an advancement and more effective? Any input anyone can give will really help out a lot, and I'm open to any and all suggestions! (This question is pertaining to the PJ device only)

What I do is I pj out in different directions. I pj straight out mostly but I will also pj downwards, upwards and sometimes (not all the time) to the left and right (it's a bit awkward). I agree, the results are amazing with this device and I myself use it religiously. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the advice 10incher! It really helps out when you have a website full of experienced PEers that are willing to give the time and effort to help. I'll be sure to switch up the direction in my next workout and see if I get better results. What is your workout regimen when using the PJ? Is it more advanced, or do you just stick to the basics and perform more reps? Once again, thanks for the advice 10incher, and I'll let you know my results!

Brother bigman, I didn't become a Super Mod by sitting on my butt doing nothing. If I can help a fellow brother out, then I've done me job!

I personally do about 600 jelqs per day. Not all of them are with the pj, I try to do say half with the pj and the other half manual. I place alot of pressure on my dick so by 300, my hands are needing a rest. So, I switch to manual for the remaining 300. It's been working for me. I will also start my girth workout with some compression squeezes prior to jelqing. Hope this helps.

Point taken 10incher! LOL! Your advice helps out tremendously! It hadn't crossed my mind to do compressions before jelqing, and I'm happy to hear I'm not the only one who gets tired using the PJ. I'll try this routine out, and let you know my results. Thanks for the help 10!

Workouts showing great results!!!!!

Hey 10incher! Just letting you know that I've already been seeing some noticable results from the workout you gave me! I haven't measured yet, but my flaccid girth looks as if it has increased tremendously, and I'm almost positive I've gained some on length and girth. I'm probably going to stick with this routine for a month or so, and then I'll try to swithch it up to another routine in order to keep surprising my member. In the mean time, I'll be experimenting with different techniques, and I'll let the betterman members know if I find anything worthwhile. I'll also be measuring sometime this week on one of my off days, and I'll let you know the exacts on my progress. Once again, thanks for the advice on the jelq workout!
