| I really gotta hand it to this forum; I just can't wait until my next PE session! Only 2 down so far but even so I'm so pumped for the future seeing all these great gains everyone is achieving. This is what was missing the failed times. I also feel that my penis is safe with such thorough guidance and don't quit every time I feel sore, thinking I hurt myself.

| When I do my 5 on and 2 off days for the pills, should I be synchronizing it with my PE regime or should I make it so I still take the supplements during my 2 rest days to help it grow at that time?

| Rapture you could always compromise the two views of advice. You could arrange it so that you take the supplements on one of the two days. EX: say you work out Monday-Friday, and Saturday and Sunday you take off. Well, arrange it so you take supplements Tuesday-Saturday. Arrange things to coordinate this with your personal routine.

| Thats true 10, and I'm sure experience would come allot harder to me without help like yours and others.
Something I've noticed is that the lig on the left side of my penis seems to be allot looser than the one on the right side. When it is semi-erect it will stay over to the right and if I put it to the left it will just swing back so that my semi-erect state is to one side.
My question is; should I stop doing stretches to the right side until it evens out or should I wait till I’m done the conditioning weeks first?

My own opinion is to stretch evenly. I think the stretching will have more effect where you are tighter, and less where you are looser. Eventually it will even things out a bit. You will probably always have some tendency to hang one way or the other. For me, so far, PE has just made my same penis larger. It still has the same overall shape, and the same overall tendencies to want to be on one side or the other. It's definitely bigger, though! |

| Interestingly enough Rapture, before I started this whole PE thing almost a year ago, my erection used to tilt slightly to the left. Almost the same thing your describing only in the opposite direction.
Since having done PE as long as I have, come to think of it, my erection is straight as an arrow now. I never thought much of this to begin with, but now that you've mentioned it, the slight tilt is gone. I guess the ligs had to straighten out as they couldn't handle the weight of my thicker, longer cock!!!! LOL |

I was wondering if my penis is supposed to be sore or fatigued from this work out. I read all over that you gotta push to get gains and fatigue your member but I never feel anything like this. Is this because it’s the conditioning period or should I be tougher with my exercises?

| Soreness is common, but pain is always a bad sign. Once you get used to the exercises you won't notice this so much. Just be careful as always and when in doubt stop all exercises even if it's in the middle of a workout.

| I hope everyone had a good weekend, mine was great. Especially when my girlfriend noted that my penis looked fatter  This was in flaccid state(wasn't for long  ) but still gets me excited
One thing I did notice though was that my penis seems to be turning. When I look at it from my POV the head isn’t strait anymore, it’s crooked. It’s like my member twisted on an axis that goes strait down the piss hole. Is this common? and is there any way to change up my routine to get it strait again and keep it that way?

| Hey all, another week done. I only got 4 full sessions in but I stretched on the fifth so hopefully that doesn't change any gains. I think I'm gonna start trying to stretch every day now and give the jelqs 2 days rest still.
Gonna start my 3rd week tonight.

| Good day to all. I went out and bought a box of Trojan Magnum condoms to use as a good goal point for my girth. I cut one in half and measured the circumference(width of the condom cut open and put flat), but it was 4.5"  I don’t understand because that is my current circumference. I was wondering if anyone knew what girth would be around minimum to start having to wear the Magnum condoms. Now I looked all over the net and got ranges from 5" to 6.5" and would like a bit more accurate goal than that.

| Whoops, made the mistake of not searching the forums first. Found a thread saying that they are supposed to be 5.5". I have no idea why the ones I have are only 4.5, it doesn’t make sense to me. Ah well maybe I'll go get another box tomorrow and see.
Does anyone know what it means when it says the width on the box? Like 58mm or whatever? I mean the ones I usually use I think say 52mm, and that’s way bigger than my width.
Last night of week three tonight for me, hope everyone’s gaining!

| Well, let's see if I can figure it out.... If they mean 52mm wide for an intact condom layed flat (not opened into a cylinder), that would mean the total perimeter of the condom is twice its flat width, or 104 mm. That is equal to a girth of 4.094 inches (a little less than 4 1/8). Sounds about right for a normal condom. If the Magnums are 58mm, that means a girth of 4.57 inches, pretty close to what you measured. Don't forget that condoms are made to stretch quite a bit.
Perhaps it is the Magnum XLs that are 5.5?
My girth is just 5.5, and I tried Magnum (not XL's) for the first time recently and I thought they fit very nicely. Snug but not tight. |

| Thanks so much pleaser for clearing that up. I never even thought of laying it flat and measuring, now I can see it’s really simple to understand the number on the back of the box. The ones I usually get are actually 54mm so I guess they have an 8mm difference between the regular and larges, looks to be about 3/8". Doesn't seem like much at all, but it does seem like a good goal for me. The consensus on the minimal size that I've found on the PE sites to wear Magnums is around 5.25". That's less than an inch girth away so I think it’s an achievable goal to set for now.

| I've noticed that when I get an erection on my rest days it can hurt a bit like a sore muscle, even more while kegaling more blood in. I hope this means things are going well and everything is healing up bigger bit by bit. Anyone else experience this at all? I figure it either means I'm doing it right, or that I'm going too hard on the lil guy. I hope it’s the former!

| If you are sore while doing the Kegel excersises you should take a day of rest. A sore penis the day after is a sure sign that it needs a break. I'm only trying to help so that's my opinion. It is also my approach. 2 on 1 off. Suppliment daily with plenty of water.

| Thanks very much for the advice. You were bang on; the soreness was gone by the time I did last night’s workout.  I also got my first lig pop last night. Most people say it means nothing to gains but the fact that I got one tells me that I'm exercising properly, and that makes me happy.
I ordered the PJ about a week ago. I think I'm gonna measure at 6 weeks and then start with the PJ and measure again at 3 months.
