Rapture - Ready to make a change.

Hey everyone, my names Brandon and I’m 20 years old. I'm looking to get into a healthier lifestyle, eating better and working out. One thing that I really need to work on to become healthier is my self confidence. I, like many, feel that I just don't measure up, even though I have nothing to be ashamed about and could be much worse off. Unfortunately I don't think this form of thinking will ever change for me, so I guess it's my size that has to make the change for me to reach my goals.

I've gone through the site and read tons of posts, but there is so much information to sink in, I just can't keep track of it all. Please forgive me but I'm a person that has to have routines premade for me or it isn't likely I will reach my goal. This isn't my first time with these type exercises; I have failed more than once since I was young. Fortunately I found this site, and I've noticed that kind people like JonPop have given their time to many people and taken them under their wings. I see many proteges getting results based on great advice from more experienced members.

I'm here to ask for help. Numerous failed attempts and commitment problems have left me without hope, until now. I hope that with a great community, something I never had in previous attempts, I can reach my goals and better myself. I can't do this alone, I've tried that already, but hopefully utilizing popular techniques I can change that. You guys seem amazing at encouraging people to gain, which makes sense seeing that we're all in the same boat.

I'm looking to start JonPops newbie routine because it seems to be, by far, the most popular. I hope that if JonPop has the time he can drop in and kind of guide me with his wisdom. Like I say, I kinda need things laid out for me, like when I should start a new exercise, if I should be using a cream, or what equipment I should be using. I'm looking for both length and girth improvements.

Anyways, just wanted to say hey and explain my situation. I’m trying to follow the forum rules but I am used to using "u" instead of "you" and "r" instead of "are" etc... so be patient if I mess up from time to time. I hope to meet allot of nice people and to be successful in my gains. I'll post my dimensions when I can achieve an erection as it was my girlfriend and I's anniversary yesterday (14th), so...well, you can figure it out :P.

Welcome aboard dude! Excellent post! You're young dude and have all the time in the world for PE. Sit back, relax and enjoy the ride and experience of your life!!!

My advice to you: Start with JP's newbie routine and adhere to that strictly for 6 weeks. You need to condition your dick before you begin other more intense exercise routines. The last thing you want is an injury at this stage.

Once you're ready, the PJ (power jelq) is an EXCELLENT piece of equipment to have in your PE arsenal. Works girth fabulously. Many here, including myself, have seen great gains come from using it! Also, you might want to add Enlargel to your routine. It's a gel that really helps and enhances the overall PE experience. I use it, JP uses it and while it won't give you gains by itself, it's a fantastic supplement to the PE experience. Check it out.

As for the forum, your first post has left me with a very favorable first impression kid. You obviously are a well spoken young man. We don't expect perfection around here, so no sweat if you misspell from time to time.

Also, JP is a great mentor around here. He's been the source of my personal inspiration since I started this almost a year ago. (shhhhh, don't tell him how good he is, he let's it go to his head hahahahah). J/K, JP knows he's loved around here. Don't know what we'd do without the old fart!!

I'll second everything 10 said, and I especially want to thank you for the effort you put into an excellent post.

You will receive lots of help and support here, especially if you yourself demonstrate a comittment to the process. If you feel you're getting off-track, hopefully we all can steer you back on. Ultimately, your fate is in your own hands (so to speak), you have to take charge of yourself. Once I saw my own first gains, my comittment level soared. Now I couldn't stop if I tried!

Another problem I have is kind of embarrassing at my age. When I'm with my girlfriend and become aroused and we start making love, it’s no problem. But if there is a time when I pull out, whether it’s to get a condom or change positions, and my penis becomes flaccid, it’s extremely hard to gain another erection. I don’t know what wrong with me, as my girlfriend is extremely attractive in my eyes. Is this some sort of form of erectile dysfunction? I have to admit I do smoke/drink allot and have done a variety of drugs in my day, maybe this has something to do with it? I've decided to cut out smoking and realized the drug use should be stopped. Imp keeping it strictly to occasional marijuana use out of my vaporizer only (no smoke, active ingredients only). It's not going to be total seeing as I party allot and enjoy these things at my age. I will also have the rare mushroom trip, but I haven't read anything that suggests this is harmful to penile function.

My libido is also shot. I can only go once maybe twice a day if I'm extremely lucky, recovery time for me is till the next day. Is there anything I can take to help this? I'm at the age where I should be enjoying these things but I read of grandpas that have more sex drive than me (no offence JP).

I was wondering if these might be problems that could be aided by PE so I can once again enjoy a rich and rewarding sex life, and make my partner feel as good as I want her to. I'm sure everyone can relate to a bad sexual encounter sometime in their lives, I just don’t like having them every time I engage in the act.

First and foremost, the drug use and the smoking must cease immediately if you want a healthy, active sex life. It's not too late partner but if you really want this, you need to make the firm commitment to do this all the way, the right way. I wish Uber were on line to discuss the technicalities involved here as I'm pretty bad on stuff like this.

Let me put it to you this way, the way I know how. The foreign substances you're putting into your body are destroying your libido and YOU! You know why JP has such a great sex life, because he takes care of himself, keeps his monster dick in top condition and doesn't do any of the crap your doing. I'm trying to be hard on you intentionally. Most guys who smoke experience ED at some point in their lives.

I had the problem you mentioned, but I've never smoked or taken drugs of any type. I attributed my problem to just not being in the mood. My problem occurred about 10 years ago and it was only sporadic. Nothing regular. Since having gotten into PE, not only do I get multiple boners throughout the day but my erections are hard as steel. I take JP's supplements daily along with L-Lysine and L-Arginine and I'll tell you, I've got a DICK now. But, my point to you is if you want a killer hard on and a huge dick, it's not going to come to you while your doing what your doing. Stop now, engage in regular PE, change your diet and take JP's vitamin supplements now and OVER TIME you're going to see a change. But, it's up to you and it's going to take time. Ask yourself this question: "How bad do I want it??"

If I may ask, how old are you?

Don't smoke, it is just the worst thing for you in every possible way.

Many drugs affect both libido and erectile function. Cocaine and amphetamines will give you a limp dick. Fortunately the effect is temporary. I recall reading where marijuana lowers testosterone, but there is an awful lot of misinformation around about pot. I used to smoke pot back in the day, and I used to still get great hard ons and I was very responsive. Of course, I was 17 and it would be impossible to keep those hormones in check! Also, pot in 1976 was a lot less potent than pot in 2005. I would thing that mushrooms and other psychedelics would kill any sex drive for the duration, but there shouldn't be lasting effects unless you overdo it. Antidepressants are also libido killers, big time. Finally, various emotional difficulties (stress) are bad for libido. Frequently, people who use "illicit" drugs are self-medicating for some underlying problem like depression, ADD, anxiety, etc. You might want to take a good objective look at yourself, there is no shame in going for some counseling. It can be very helpful. I am writing everything in this post from personal experience (except the bit about smoking).

Other than all that, there is always performance anxiety. Once you expect to have trouble getting hard, your body will be happy to oblige you. That's a tough one to solve. It comes down to not putting pressure on yourself, but that is very hard to do.

As stated in my post, I'm 20 years old. And yes 10, I've seen a post about marijuana where Uber had a very strong opinion. That thread got hostile very fast! :P

Your posts have been very informative, thanks so much. I agree I do have ADD and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder that make relationships and other things harder on me on the inside, though I am good at hiding it. Maybe I do need some counselling but I'd definatly like to try and work it out without paying so much for each session. I'll try to improve the outside and then work on the inside if I need to.

As for the supplements, I'm worried. I went to the drugstore today to get them and the lady looked at the list and asked if they were all for me. When I said yes, she told me I must be crazy. I don’t know how well she knows her pills but could this be potentially dangerous?

Also for the Zinc the closest they have are 50mg tablets, would this be enough or should I maybe buy 2 bottles that sum up to 60mg, like 50mg and 10mg.

Hope you can help.

Oh, I also wanted to know if the bad effects of marijuana on sexual matters came from the active ingredients or the smoke. I always have the option of eating it but if the THC and cannaboids are also the culprit then I suppose vaporizing or eating is out of the question also. Had trouble finding this info on the web.

As for the supplements, they're all natural vitamins so I don't know why the pharmacist lady would give you such odd looks or what not. Just go to Target and buy them. That's what I did. And they're cheap there too!

50mg of Zinc should be fine. Again though, check Target if you have those in Canada as I found 60mg there.

Now, as to this business about the smoking/drinking etc.....You have to understand Rapture, I'm a health nut. I work out 5 days per week, lift weights, cardio, the whole shabang. I put no foreign substances in my body. And, as a result, I reap the rewards, one of which is having a nice, thick, long dick!

Understand brother I'm here to try and help guide you as best I can. All of the stuff you're doing is going to impact you negatively, regardless of how it's ingested. Smoking is just bad. Period. Not only will it destroy your penis' inner workings but it will also destroy YOU!

Drinking. Hmmmm, drinking in moderation is fine. What are we talking about here? A couple of beers a week or are we talking doing the hard shit every night? It's a proven fact that some moderate level of alcohol consumption is safe and if not healthy for you. Me, I drink. Sure. I have a glass, sometimes two, of Merlot nightly and once in a while, I'll pop open an ice cold MGD and throw that back while watching my Angels play ball. My point here is it's not going to kill you unless your going overboard with it.

Are you using marijuana for medicinal purposes? If not, then why do you HAVE to use any?

Anyway, that's my two cents for now kid. Just trying to help you get on the right path here with PE.

About the factors of mj. Yes the thc is the culprit. The intoxins slow the neuron transmissions. This can and 9of10 times will cause some sort of problems with erection. I am going to be going to school soon for a major in nutrition and a minor in religion/psychology.(I know it doesn't seem like someone that wants to be a part time youth minister would be doing PE, but I only plan on sharing my penis with my soon to be wife.)

I fully agree with them, when they tell you to stop using the drugs. Drinking in moderation is fine, but do not over do it. I personally do not like drinking. I prefer water, milk, lemon-ade, and fruit juices.

I suggest you stop these 'drugs' and start exercising. Start walking a mile or two everyday, then progress into atleast a jog. This will help you achieve better circulation through out your body and achieve better erections. If you are not into any kind of wieght exercises then do natural workouts, and if you are but don't want to get big and bulky just workout 2-3 times a week. Hope all of this helps!

Alright guys, I think I can do this. I'm gonna lay off the stupidity and get down to business. I’m sure when I see the extra length and girth it'll be a natural high that mary-jane just can't compete with. :)

I purchased all supplements on the list and will begin taking them tomorrow morning. My first JP PE session will be soon tonight and I'm looking forward to it! Do you think I should grab some enlargel now and start applying it after my sessions, or maybe it would be wise to wait until after the 3 month routine to when gains start coming a little more? I'm planning on getting the 3 bottles and the JELQ device all together to save $30 and just wondered when I should grab it.

I'll post my stats shortly when I take them before my session.

Can't wait to see the stats! Also, I believe it is fine to go ahead and grab those to have in your possesion. I would just hold off on using the jelq device, until you have conditioned your dick. The enlargel should be fine.

One more thing! The sight of your gains will be a natural high. And the weight and cardio exercises we have told you to do will also give natural highs. They release endorphines(sp) real ones. The mj had "artificial" ones. The ones from exercise and your gains are "real" ones, and they are completely safe and last much longer than "artificial" ones. Good luck!

I hope you don't do drugs Rapture because that is really counterproductive to PE. You can't expect to just take supplements to negate any drugs you might be on.

Alright, after a slight delay due to the site not loading for me (seems to get slow or stop around 2ish in the AM) I'm ready for my first session, but as promised, will post my stats first.

My dimensions are as follows:

BPEL: 6 9/32"
BEG: 4 9/16"
MSEG: 4 7/16"
TEG: 4 5/32"

BPFL: 4"
BFG: 4"

I suppose I could use quite an improvement in girth, but I'd like some more length also so I'll focus on them both at the same time.

I didn’t have any goals but since everyone says it helps allot I'll go for 8" BPEL with 5.5" girth and see where it goes from there.

Success! My first JP Newbie session has come to a close, and I must say, it was quite a learning experience!

I did, however, have a few issues, the first being grip. Is there anything I can apply to my penis or hands that would increase grip? I had a hard time keeping the stretches because my head kept sliding out of my grip. Is it OK if the stretch during kegels and during the 360s is interrupted?

I also wanted to know if each stroke up in a V-Jelq counted as 1 rep or if two strokes, one with each hand, counted as a rep.

I'm on my way to bigger manhood, I'm sure I can make it this time with such great support.

Congratulations on a good start!

To answer your questions:
For a better grip, I think some people use talcum powder. I have found that wearing an examination glove on my hand also helps quite a lot. Don't worry about the interruption in the stretches at this time. As you get more experienced you'll find a way to keep a good grip that works for you.

One rep is both hands. Left stroke + right stroke = one rep.

Rapture, When I do my stretches, I like to use my wet wash cloth. I wrap it around my head (while wet) and it helps be get a great grip. But thats just what I do, and I am by no means and EXPERT.

It would not be over doing it, because this is an amino acid. A major one within in the body used to build all tissues. What ever your body doesn't use on your penis, it will use throughout your body. Stay with JP's routine of 5 days on and 2 days off of the supplements, and you will be fine. Even if you do get an excess, your body will get rid of what it doesn't need in the 2 days off. But you should have no problem.
