Ok, did my first workout. Well, the head of my penis has 9 blue marks on it, talk about ouch, hope this is normal.

I sincerely hope you've conditioned your dick with JP's newbie routine for at least a 6 week period BEFORE using the jelq device???????? Blue marks AREN'T NORMAL!!!!!!!! Blood spots are expected, but not blue marks.

The newbie routine is designed for guys, like you, new to PE. This routine conditions your dick and gets it ready to take on heavier, more stressful workouts, like the jelq device. I can't stress this enough!!! You could injure yourself man!
